The experience that I’ve had at this business has been nothing but professional, realistic, reliable, and a pleasure. I had my doubts originally as my wife reached out them to get some work done and recommended Luan after service to her vehicle. After the few visits at this location Luan and Moises have been hard-working and respectful. Thank you for such awesome service gentleman. Need to return here here after year! #FiveStars ????
They had to simply put freon for my AC in the car. The AC was working when I arrived but not extremely cold. By the end of their job I had hot air blowing in my car.
The AC then stopped blowing before leaving their garage. The process ended by me getting a quote from them for over 2k to fix it and I was charged $160 for their Freon.
Never again!
It is important for me to tell you that I have been coming here for more than 2 years. However, it is important to mention that when a business has its clients, they are treated respectfully, and even more so if there are flaws in the business. It is a human error, and if they are made, it must be assumed, and options provided for a client. However, I want to tell you my experience. Every time I have gone to repair my vehicle with a value greater than $1,200, they always deliver the vehicle with the fenders in poor condition, putting me and my family at risk. This is something that I have always reported to them because the fenders get tangled in the tires. However, the last time I reported it a few days ago, the only response I received was 'how strange' without offering me any alternative. I have been a customer of this establishment for more than two years and will not return.

Great customer service! The service itself went by fairly quickly. I got my brakes and rotors done and I am pleased with the results and the service. Luan was super helpful and knowledgeable!
Happy!!! After being deceived by other workshops, they recommended this one to me!! I finally managed to fix my car after several failed attempts that ended up charging me for each of these repairs with no apparent solution!!! Overall great experience. I replaced all four rotors and break pads on my car . Luan (owner) was very helpful and reasonable with price set forth. I then had a minor non mechanical issue with my son’s car and he was able to fix it on the spot and saved me a ton of money and headache. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good reliable mechanic.
I am very pleased with the service Luan provided. For me it was a 2 for since he was knowledgeable with VW’s and I was so relieved. The outcome was excellent! The repair was quick and the service was as if they are your next door neighbors! Highly recommend! Thanks guys!
I’m writing to review to say thank you to Luan snd his son for being such a life saver.just a few moments ago, my car broke down while I was right across the street from his shop. At first I was a bit disappointed my car broke down and the only auto shop nearby is brakes & Auto Specialist and already closed for the day but thanks to Luan who was just bout to leave with his son, he decided to stay late and assisted me with parking the car by his shop and offered to complete a diagnosis for me does thing tomorrow morning. Super grateful for his help. Once again, thank you ????????
