Linda AKA Lee did an amazing job on my hair. I've received so many compliments. It's simply beautiful. The salon is neat clean and cozy. Linda has a sweet disposition and is very professional. I already scheduled my next appointment.
An amazing hair care professional! I gave her quite a challenge. Untangle and braid the hair of an 80 year old senior that had been housebound for months. She did it with beauty and grace. They are now "hair besties". Thanks Linda. You are so appreciated.

I am visiting LA and Lee has excellent reviews. I think the end result looks really nice and she is very quick once you are actually seated but the price was high for the service and I spent a while waiting in the salon.
I came in for crochet goddess locs. I brought my own locs washed and ready for install. I came with my hair clean, dried, and stretched out. I brought my own gel.
The appointment was originally for for 3pm but Lee was running behind and pushed it back a few times and she eventually asked me to come at 7pm. I arrived at 7pm and waited until after 9pm to be seen. Once I was in the chair it took her about an hour and a half to complete my hair. Amazing time !
That being said paying someone $225 for an hour and a half of their time felt very pricey. In Minnesota I pay $125 for the same service.
I thought perhaps the price was a reflection of LA. However there was another hair braider in the salon. She was working on a person when I came in at 7pm and was just finishing when I left at 10:30. She charged her client $185 for a much bigger service.

Amazing service, and Miss Lee is so professional as well as speedy. She was really understanding when I was late for my appointment and I can't emphasize enough how talented and great her work is. My hair style turned out exactly how I wanted and honestly was better than I expected. I feel amazing. I definitely appreciated her advice and suggestions. Really a gem of pasadena.
Simply wonderful experience. I knew within the first 10 minutes I'd be back. Linda is very professional, kind and knows how to braid (let's get that out of the way), and I received the exact style I wanted and at a reasonable price.
There's a dedicated parking lot, and upon entering they ensure you get sanitized and offer tripler layer masks to help keep everyone stay safe. Linda's station is clean, organized and even has a place to set your belongings.
My hair is natural and growing back after a big chop. Without hassle she gently blew my hair and got started, instead of saying "next time do this before you come" - something you often here from beauticians who don't add nice touches to their service to ensure clients feel welcomed and want to return. Not here, that was a delightful add-on and now I know without one extra word how to help her out next time.
The energy in the salon was calm, peaceful and not over crowded. There were a couple of overlapping customers which woukd normally be a deal breaker but she knocked them out quick (mine took longer than expected), so I was happy to wait the extra time.
We laughed, engaged in quality conversation and it really made the time spent there worthwhile. I'm so glad I found a braider with a good spirit, talent, responsive, doesn't cut corners and reasonable.
Get booked. You won't be sorry!
Lee always cleans me up. Got to have her style me for a billboard in Timesquare New York. Cant wait to come back in 2 weeks and look fresh again
