All I did was call and ask a simple question and the lady on the phone started go off on a rant. I had to hang up as that was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this business.

The staff was polite, knowledgeable and professional. I was kept updated on the progress of my truck from the moment I dropped it off to the day I picked it up. The shop went above and beyond. I wouldn't take my diesel anywhere else in town. If you want a knowledgeable reputable diesel shop, then don't think twice! Highly recommend!

The staff there is great, my mechanic took the time to meet with me and explain everything he was doing, while he was working on my truck, and told me he would have me up and running as soon as he could. And has been in touch with me quite frequently, informing me of his progress. I highly recommend these ???????? guys.

I had them replace my engine and they knew I had a $300 core charge.

When I picked it up the engine was in bits all over their garage.

I told them I would come pick it up myself if needed. They never called and I have to eat the $300.

On top of the extra $1,200 extra they charged.

Picked up my injectors and they used broken parts with a$1400 bill. Really... They said I broke them. I did NOT. After re-repair they are still sticking. Fully dissatisfied with the quality of work. It didn't use to be that way.... not sure what happened there but I'm done with that company.

What is important to me is expertise, trust and affordability. Bradley's is the only place I would take my truck. Great people!

Absolutely tried to take advantage of me thinking I didn’t know anything about mechanics . Told me my pickup needed a whole Engine rebuild and an o2 sensor replaced when my pickup doesn’t even have one ! I took to pools automotive and they had my pickup in and out in a day . All that was wrong was a clogged fuel line . I would not recommend Bradley’s to anyone ! Pools automotive is the place to go for any diesel repair.

We are wildland firefighters. Our fire engine was having trouble. Jo Jr put everything on hold and fixed our problem. They put us back on the road, and back in the game. I highly recommend.
