This place is so good! Best food we found on Maui. I got the BBQ pork. My wife got the Kalua pig. Both were fantastic. The mac salad is the best we’ve had here. It’s worth the drive!
Absolutely SO worth the drive if you’re traveling to Hana. Amazing food, we got the ribs and the chicken— both exceptional. Really tender, hot and fresh, the sauce was so flavorful, and big portions. The staff were super friendly and chatty as well. Also noticed they have this big fly trap, so you don’t get any bugs while you’re eating. Would absolutely come again!!
Large portions. The ahi and salmon were delicious. But the sauce that the ahi came with and how it soaked the rice underneath was delicious. I could have eaten the rice with this sauce all day! Not sure if they had vegetarian options. Six or so parking spots, benches were you could eat, but no public restrooms.
Holyyyy this place was SOOO delicious! We got the Kalua chicken and bbq pork, highly recommend both but especially the bbq pork!!! The flavors, the sauce, the macaroni salad, it all blended so well together and was incredibly flavorful. It’s on the Road To Hana, and highly recommend getting there as one of the first stops before making your way backwards since the food closes earlier. If it wasn’t such a tough drive, I would get it everyday!
Real plate lunches. Those ribs were out of this world. Place is always packed and for good reason, after that long drive to Hana, treat yourself. Just get there early, they start to sell out. This place made me the hero, thanks.
Hands down, this is my favorite place to grab a wholesome, delicious lunch before exploring this side of Maui. Eat here twice, three times, as many as you can if you’re just visiting the area.
Missed it first time driving but found it after turning around. Prices were fine for good BBQ. Ribs and chicken we're awesome! Sauce on ribs was delicious!
Delicious and big portioned BBQ lunch plates. A must stop in Hana if you’re in the area! Ribs were super tender and fell off the bone. BBQ pork were very flavorful! The locals were super friendly and hilarious!
