Troy is the owner and is a great guy. He will treat you fair and do good quality be work. I have taken my business to him for years and he has a steady flow of repeat customers which is a good sign.
Troy is the BEST. I had my car towed to a shop near my home. Well let's say that didn't go so well. The estimate was sky high. Thank goodness my Ex. Stepped in and called BRACYS! The estimate was 1/2 as much and he was using Genuine FORD parts. So I called Bassan towing and had my Mustang towed to BRACYS. Automotive. In the past we had used BRACYS for ALL of our work trucks and our personal cars maintenance needs. Troy got my Mustang and had it finished for me in a few hours. For fast, fair priced, auto repairs I'm using BRACYS it's on Greenfield Dr in El Cajon.
Troy is a true professional, very honest and thorough. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest no BS machinic.
