Terrible automotive shop. These people are absolutely garbage, I would never ever return here in my life. There are about 8 mechanic shops that you pass on the same road as BPR automotive, you’d be best to stop at any one of them before ever coming here. My car left their shop with a check engine light which it never had, and it died every 5 minutes. My car left this shop with more issues than it came in with. They also asked for extra payment for work that was already agreed on from the start. after everything was done my car left with more issues than when it came in. This was ridiculous.
After years of going to a dealership, my neighbor recommended BPR Automotive. It’s consistently been the most honest and reliable business for automotive repair I’ve ever used. The sincere friendliness from staff is icing on the cake to the professional integrity under which they operate.
I love BPR automotive. The staff is friendly and I can guarantee the work that has been to my car is reasonably priced. I am not waiting a long time for any service done to my car. Jimmy and Sabrina are awesome. They give you the price on parts and labor compared to dealerships, Mr.Tire and Jiffy Lube who just quote off the wall prices which most of it is labor. I would not go anywhere else for my car service needs. I call and and they know me and my husband by name. They have a convenient drop box for your key. They call and give you updates on what is going on with your car and a estimated time when the work will be completed. You feel like family and not a customer. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK BPR.
BPR is a wonderful place to have work done on your vehicles. I have had the pleasure of being a customer for the past 3 years and counting. My vehicles are done in a timely manner. The employees are amazing and always notify you of prices before the work is completed. I will continue to be a loyal customer for life.
I have been a customer of BPR for years. I can truly say that they are the BEST. They display superb customer service and honesty when it comes to servicing your vehicle. I went in to get my car repaired and it was done in a day and a half. They really know what they're doing when it comes to vehicles. I love coming to BPR to get work done on my vehicle. Everyone is super friendly and personable and the prices are reasonable for the work that is being done and are disclosed ahead of time to know what to expect. Will definitely be back!
I was recommended to BPR Automotive, by a family member who has been going here for a long time. So I decided to check it out when I needed some work done on my vehicle. I must say, that I was thoroughly impressed with the results and the prices. Plus the staff was extremely friendly, and the work done on my vehicle was completed in great time. I will be coming back to BPR Automotive for any future work I will need.
