Easy to see why this place is empty on a Friday night. The standard for a bowling alley is not very high, and this place doesn’t come close to reaching it. Clearly locals have already figured out that the price is simply not reflective of the experience. Almost $60 for one couple to play two games is excessive. The staff were very cold and had their backs to me both times I approached the desk. The facilities are run down and dirty. The threshold going from the seating area to the lanes was loose and sticking off the floor. My wife and I both tripped on it multiple times as we took our turns bowling. Seems like a major safety hazard. I also had a misunderstanding about how the game computer works. Because the lanes were almost empty (literally only 3 other lanes were occupied) I was expecting the staff to be accommodating and make my experience a positive one, but they were not. Manager Noah was dismissive of my question and was not concerned about my experience whatsoever. The other staff laughed in my face. I will not be returning.
Awesome experience, Cam the supervisor went above and beyond for us. We had the best experience we've had at a bowling alley. All the staff was super friendly, we had an issue with something that I booked through corporate Bowlero that corporate was not responding to me to address it, but Cam went ahead and took care of us and went above and beyond and gave us a great experience there. Good bowling alley food too and some arcades as well. This is our bowling spot for now on, always less crowded than other places too!
Bowlero Via Linda formally Brunswick Via Linda is still one of the best bowling centers in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Their service stands out, like no other. Whether you are a bowler that wants to make sure there’s oil on the lanes when you go practice, or you’re just going there for a party and fun. They do a great job. A+++
Cameron the manger was so amazing!! He made our night better with his amazing attitude and great customer service. There was a sever working as well unfortunately I do not remember his name but he was so amazing and catered to all of our needs perfectly! I had an amazing experience here and I will definitely be coming back. Once again, Cameron is the absolute best!
Just had my son's 16th birthday party at Bowlero Via Linda and they were amazing. Jay was the manager who assisted us during the party. He made sure we always had everything we needed. When we arrived my son's name was set up in glowing lights with fun decorations at our station. The food included in the party order was yummy and fresh. Jay even asked if my son had any song requests to play in the bowling alley. My son and his friends also enjoyed the fact that they could bowl and play the arcade, especially air hockey. Be aware when ordering a party there is an event fee, but such amazing customer service is definitely worth the event fee! I also recommend a signaled bowling pin, definitely a great souvenir.
Employees are great, there are no designated lane seats just tables. We showed up and had to sit a few tables away from our lane. Strangest setup I’ve ever seen, everything else’s was fine but won’t be returning.
What a change there has been here! These folks go WAY out of their way to do whatever they can to make your visit to the lanes exceptional. A thanks to Jay for accommodating a special request, and of course thanks to Debbie for her always EXCELLENT customer service.
Rented three lanes for the Super Bowl. When we arrived we were immediately told we could not be served because they “heard someone previously threw up.” They could not identify anyone that was intoxicated. Manager is on a power trip and showed clear signs of racism. I’ve never experienced worse service in my life. Would never come back, manager needs to be fired
