My family and guests received VIP treatment for my son's birthday party. The entire experience from initial call with rep and on-site treatment was phenomenal. Every staff member was courteous, professional and had strong communication skills. This level of customer service was very much appreciated. Thank you Bowlero Queens for making my son's birthday experience one to remember!
I would give it no stars if I could. Waited over an hour with my kids for a lane for 4 people . After paying 90 plus dollars for shoes and one game for us 4 . I asked for another lane because my kids can’t bowl with people in the way the employees refuse to tell them to move or give me a different lane or my money back. I immediately asked for a manager and than I was granted my refund. Never again !
Had a great time hosting a 2hr birthday celebration for my son and his friends. Bowlero accommodated and their pizzas and wings kept these teens happy.
We had the most wonderful experience! Planning with Sarah was so smooth and easy by phone and over email. Staff was amazing on site. So thoughtful and helpful. The party was a great success, and everyone had a great time! A huge thank you to the incredible team at Bowlero Queens!
We got invite to a bday party there and we had so much fun! The service is friendly and the food is good! It’s full of fun atmosphere for all age groups. It got the bowling and the arcade! The place is big!! It was a great party!
Great time celebrating my nieces birthday/graduation party. It's definitely worth having an event here. The staff was great, the food was good and enjoyed watching everyone bowl.
Place was super crowded, drunk adults. Great for a good time to fool around. There is a waitlist you can join to wait for a lane. There's an arcade to distract you from the wait, genius. Lanes were not really polished. Do not recommend for pro players.
Good family friendly fun. Recently visited this Bowlero location for an outing with a few co-workers. The staff was great, attentive and friendly; great atmosphere and good food and drinks. You can't beat their special which at the time is ~$29 for shoe rentals and unlimited bowling M-Th.
