The Bowens are the most caring people ever and helped my small business more than they will ever know.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The first attempt to deliver at my address a while back the delivery driver told me off because we paid extra for inside delivery and he refused. This time they refused to deliver to the driveway. When I told them I wanted it sent to the original contracted delivery company they sent back saying refused delivery. They refused to deliver it and now we are left with the aftermath of getting it figured out

The absolute worst shipping company in the Tahoe Basin. If you like all of your product damaged or destroyed then use this company. We have complained multiple times but nothing changes. Total fly by night organization. If i could give negative stars I would.

Wow! Bowen is terrific! Caitlyn and Chris were so helpful and Chris went above and beyond in helping with a shipment. Wish all companies had employees this competent, helpful, efficient, and pleasant. The world would be a better place with more like these two out there.

Sad to say but this is the worst trucking company I've ever seen or heard of! 90% of our deliveries from Bowen Transportation in Reno, Nevada is a damage claim. Most of our deliveries are also rejected because the damage is so bad. Everything from patio furniture to multi thousand dollar BBQ grills & fireplaces are damaged. It's so bad that they have become a punchline for jokes. It's so infuriating to have to deal with this awful company that it is laughable! If you intentionally are contracting with this company I have to let you know how little you care for your product and your end user/customer. Using this company simply means that you do not care at all for your clients! Period.

Poor service. Damaged freight upon delivery, damaged property during delivery, and missed 3 scheduled delivery dates. Ignored attempted communication looking for assistance on repairing damages, and refused to take any responsibility for damages.

These guys used every excuse in the book to not deliver, blatantly lied about trying to deliver a week prior when our security cameras could prove otherwise, then delayed us again, they do not have customer service , stay away from them they have poor customer service .
