My sons and I were undecided about where to eat. I drove through Glassboro naming all the places we could eat, and no one wanted any of those places. My son mentioned Boston Market, and we headed for the one in Blackwood. The atmosphere was quiet, and the service was superb. I ordered 1/4 white chicken with spinach, yams with no topping and ala cart meat loaf. My pics I'm posting show yams, creamed spinach 1 of 2 I ordered and meatloaf I ate most of the chicken. I didn't want to post a half eaten chicken, but I can assure you that all the food was excellent. My son tried their chicken sandwich, which is crispy chicken with bacon , lettuce, and tomatoes. I wasn't sure of whether he was going to like it because of the herb mayo, but my son ate it on the way back home and loved it. Thank you, Boston Market, for making my Saturday a day to remember. I definitely will be going back for catering. Their chicken is sooooo good. Take your ???? and eat in very clean and enjoy the delicious food and great service.
Skip this store. Do not envy the online orders. They will get whatever hard, nasty, off tasting items that these people feel like putting in their bags.
As mentioned before, the chicken is hard and over cooked. It tastes like it has been sitting all day. Their Mac n Cheese tastes off and is in no way fresh.
If you order delivery, they will chose your meal, not what you ordered & paid for.
I will never order from this store ever again.
I just hope I do not get ill from the old, hard chicken that sat out for who knows how long.
This is anything BUT fresh and I feel taken advantage of.
Ordered the spicy nuggets because they looked amazing in the picture on the menu. They look nothing like it and taste awful. they look and taste like jack links nugget jerky. Staff was friendly, mashed potatos were decent. would never get these nuggets again.
Worst place to eat it not worth your money????♀️ food was very hard and nasty The fountain machine did not work.
The soda bottles were very hot no ice

We were there just before closing so we expected items to be sold out. There were no diners except us. While we waited there were LOTS of people coming in for their online orders. And while we dined , the pick ups were constant. I thought that impressive. But no one opted to "dine in". And they were not waiting long for service, their food was prepped and packed. A few issues we noticed tho.
1) Online orders go thru a credit/debit system, yet the store was "cash only". Odd.
2) Also, the broccoli had a very weird taste, not " spoiled" but "odd".
3) I asked for "tap " water from the soda fountain, NOT GOOD, seems the spouts hadn't been cleaned in some time! Debris was in my cup! Showed the staff and she went to work on it right away. But it should not have been there to begin with. She did offer bottled water no charge. That was nice!
We opted for the meal for 3, and it made 4 meals for us, 2 dinner and 2 lunch the next day. Not bad. Total cost was $29.xx plus a bit to their tip jar. If they kept up w these cleaning issues, and discrepancies betw online payment and in store payment I would have given 4 stars.
Clean restaurant and friendly service bring this Boston Market up to 3 stars. This particular store is missing half the menu and half of the drink choices. No gravy, chicken pot pies, steamed vegetables, desserts, no ribs, salads or crispy chicken.
No iced teas, lemonades or Coke.
I haven't had the pleasure of eating here. They are a customer of mine since the fact that Coca-Cola no longer takes care of their customers properly. We are basically a sub distributor of Coke items to numerous restaurants. Now I have only seen smiles & great work ethics at the several Boston Markets I deliver to. Keep up the good work Boston & I do like the yams & cinnamon apples.
The food was average BC, however the service could have been better. The young man took care of the meat well but the young had issues providing my utensils and receipts. She move on to another customer while I waited. Once she attended to a mobile customer I had to interrupt her to gain her attention. She apologized but it seems as if she intentionally ignored me.
