What a cool experience overall! Spectacular giant TV’s and the best sound system. Great live local music! Drinks were good and extremely reasonable. Servers were so friendly and attentive. Candy Pepper wings were tasty. Nice variety in the menu. Very cool vibe. Thanks Jason…for putting together a fantastic local gathering place and promoting local music! Much needed and appreciated! Rock on!
I've driven past this place probably 1000 times and never noticed it. It's a stand-alone bar on Dixie Highway between Sheridan and Hollywood. A friend had been there before and wanted to go so we went.
It is a cozy local dive-ish bar but very cool. The crowd is somewhat older than average but lots of fun. They have huge TVs everywhere (go Gators!!l), pool tables, darts, and Foosball. Also, a live band was there. I'm not sure if that is just on weekends, though. And, there's a popcorn machine on the bar, free for everyone to help themselves. They allow dogs, so if you're not a dog person, expect o e or two.
Overall, it's a really cool, chill place. I'm so glad we went!
Little local bar with what looked like regular customers. We ordered the wings and a hamburger and fish strips. All were good. No complaints. Beer was cold. Service was good.
Went out of my way to go find a place that has pool, and food. After calling to make sure they had food, i show up and found they also have pool. I placed my food order with the bartender Shari, and started playing pool with my mom. All two patrons were really kind and sweet, but are food took 50 minutes, at this point we were hungry we had to find a “real restaurant”. I’m just displeased I tipped the cook $10 after placing my food order which I never got. Right before we canceled our order Shari gave us a Togo box with our food and I was so discouraged with everything, that I just wanted to leave. Ask for your receipts always here because I almost got overcharged for cocktails I didn’t get. I travel a lot, and just never had an unprofessional experience this poorly managed. Won’t be back. There’s plenty of other places around.
Nice local bar with live music and karaoke. Games such as dart, foosball, arcade games. Indoor and outdoor seating. Inexpensive food and drinks that wouldn't break the bank.
Awesome time and met alot of great people. Being from Oklahoma and coming from working in little dive bars, Johnny's is an awesome place to have a cold beer. Service was great and the bartenders are awesome ladies. I will definitely be back the next time I'm here. Good people, great band and karaoke. Awesome time.
Great atmosphere, great service, great food and drinks, you can’t go wrong! Sonny and Sherry are sweethearts and made sure we felt welcome and were well taken care of. We will surely be back soon!
We enjoyed all our time spent in this bar. You'll find some regulars in here, who are just those salt of earth good peoples. We met Dennis the Drummer and played a lot of pool. Unfortunately, we came on like a tropical storm night and didn’t find any live band, or even karaoke. That really would have been great...so maybe next time.
