OK, I must say this is your go to place for a steak in Pagosa Springs 9 times out of 10 it’s gonna be amazing but if it’s not, they go out of the way to fix the problem. For instance, tonight my baked potato was cold, I was not planning to send it back but our super sweet waitress overheard us talking and took the incentive to return it to the kitchen and brought us a steaming hot baked potato!! I will say the steak is always fork tender.. Drinks are always slamming the staff is beyond friendly and nice!! This is restaurant is old-school! From the service, to their prices, you can get a Senter for $22 plus everything is Fresh, delicious, and on the rare moment, a mistake is made they go above and beyond to make it right!! for me that’s five stars!! They want you to have a great experience and you will leave full happy I’m feeling like you made new friends
Stop by here on my way to New Mexico for field camp with the Colorado School of Mines for week two. This place has a fantastic atmosphere and a great bison burger. I definitely recommend it.
I had the BBQ pork ribs and mashed potatoes. The portion was large, and ribs were tender. The potatoes were pretty solid, and I wasn't told I could have salad from the salad bar until just before leaving. It was not offered when I placed my order, which I would have liked. I enjoyed the rustic atmosphere.
Went to try a burger. Was not disappointed. Great service! Cool atmosphere. Burgers were great. One was a bacon cheese burger, the other a bison burger. Great fries as well. Like that mayo mustard and ketchup were on the table. Got how much I wanted. Waitress checked on us continuously. Very nice.

Great American restaurant with friendly service, comfy atmosphere and great food. The restaurant has an outstanding menu with a lot of options.
The Lady called Jamie is the most efficient and friendly waitress of all time.
The bar is cossy.

Steaks are delicious and perfectly cooked to order! Appetizers could have been better. Ordered Chili Fries and got Bacon Cheese Fries instead, fries were overcooked and our order of onion rings were burnt. We did do take out so maybe dine in is better.
I was served raw chicken nuggets. Then, I was charged for them. Yhis place was awesome, but the last few years, it has been sad to see it change food quality. I used to love the salad bar. I've been coming here for 20 years. Bar tender is a great guy. Wait, staff is always very nice.
