My husband is from Port Barre and we always go to another local spot for boudin but we do like to try other places. We were delightfully surprised at how good the cracklin was and I also really enjoyed the chicken popper egg roll. Boudin had a little too much rice compared to the other local spot but it had good flavor. Definitely will be back for the cracklin because I like it better than the other place and I want to try more of their items.
I would recommend EVERYTHING that is available for purchase at Bosco’s. The plate lunches are always hot, fresh & sooo good. The wide variety of meat…AWESOME!! Service is always prompt, courteous & you get a smiling face with all of that. If you haven’t stopped by yet, do yourself a favor and make plans, soon!!
Excellent service, pork and seafood boudin and chicken cracklings. Clean store and restrooms and awesome attitudes of employees. Better than Billy’s!
Husband found a whole lot of Cajun meats to take back to Kentucky! Thanks to our nephew for telling us about it and bringing us!
We were traveling through and stopped in. OMG! The food was SO DELICIOUS! This is my very first time having a boudin, they had several different varieties. We had the jalapeno pepper cream cheese stuffed fried boudin. 5 stars. The BBQ sauce on the pork sausage po boy was outstanding and all the staff was so patient with me ordering and asking questions.
Their chicken cracklin is so delicious, borderline addictive. I can eat a whole pound by myself if I wanted to.
I have been eating boudin and crackling for 50+ years! BOSCO'S has the best ever!!!!! Plus, they make you feel right at home!!!!!
Best chicken cracklins on the planet! Good sausage, sliders, and boudin! A+!
