The donuts are good here but the customer service is terrible. My wife ordered two dozen donuts and a couple donuts on the side. It was a pretty simple order first they didn’t give us the donuts on the side and then the lady was a little rude about it and said well I didn’t charge you for them (ok cool) then we get to church and open the boxes and one has 11 donuts REALLY?? It’s not that difficult ???? disappointing for sure
Been going here for a while and I’ve had a great experience each time. The staff there are always kind, helpful, and patient. I love croissant sandwiches and I always get them from this location. The ham and cheese sandwiches are a great deal along with the doughnuts. The prices are great, especially in this economy. Definitely check them out!
We walked in to order donuts and there was a guy at the counter selling perfume and cologne. The guy working kept smelling his wrists because he was sampling the cologne. After waiting a few minutes and realizing he wasn’t going to wash his hands before helping us, we left. Pretty gross to think about what was sprayed behind the counter near all the donuts and that his nose was all around his hands and he didn’t wash.
OMGeeeeeeee! My first time here. Must try! You'll never go anywhere else for donuts after that first bite.
This location ... Definitely a grab and go place. More so then eat in the restaurant.
Breakfast sandwiches were not worth $5. Premade ham and cheese croissant heated in a microwave. Not very appealing or satisfying. Restaurant dining area was incredibly dirty, the floor was sticky everywhere, the booths were falling apart, and random inventory was haphazardly stored in the customer dining area. My experience was not one that would make me return or recommend it to others.
Everyone raves about this place but every time i go, there doesn't seem to be anything special. $17 per dozen is excessive and they're not noticeably different than Duncan. The only perk was that they were fast.
The donuts are good, but when did tipping in a drive-through become a thing? Why am I getting asked to tip simply for driving through I already paid for what I ordered..?
This location is in poor shape on the outside weeds and gravel everywhere and you basically go off Roading just to go to the drive-through because all the potholes..
Hands down favorite donut shop. Always nice to me and super quick. Best Bosa in Arizona.
