We were in the Phoenix area 5 years ago and my sister in law brought some BoSa donuts and said they were the best donuts. After having them my wife has waited 5 years to have them. They are very good and a great selection. I loved the bear claw.
I loved this store in particular, it was very clean and the customer service was great!! Purchased 2 dozen for a meeting and grabbed 2 hot ham & cheese croissants with jalapeños. It was so ????!!! We your that up so fast I forgot to take pictures.
Donuts seemed larger than usual. Fresh as ever. Excellent tuna croissant and iced fruity teas. Friendly service. Several languages available on the credit card pad. Typical setting.
I went in for my usual ham and cheese croissants warm, of course! As I peruse the donut case, what I thought was a typical donut with a hole, turned out to be the best thing I've tasted in 4 years (since losing my Mommy, best cook ever) I'm talking about fluffy, crumbly, moist, and buttery! I believe it's called Cinnamon Crumb! Although the price at 3.18 tempted me to look elsewhere, the delicious experience was totally worth it!
As soon as I walked into this place I almost vomited. This place was rank, not to mention I had on a mask. The sheer sent sliding it's way thru my mask may have set the tone for this review (ok I'm sure it has). I got 3 doughnuts. Nothing special. Paid over $5 bucks!

She put all three in a brown paper bag like umm, ok????. When I got hm. I attempted eating the lemon filled 1st. I promise I couldn't get the thought, of that stores smell, out of my mind. So-much-so the ding-dong doughnut tasted wierd. I even sniffed it mid way (I nvr smell my food). This place is overpriced (was) stinky & probably will fail* a health code violation

I don't know what happened. The donuts are usually very good here. The last batch, sorry to say, coming from someone who loves donuts and has eating them for 60 years, was not good, at all. Maybe they hurried the prep work or the mixing of ingredients was off. Bought a dozen, but a few, and threw them out. Sorry. I will return because the service is always fast. Sorry for the two ⭐⭐.
Extremely poor experience with respect to product and service. The server Leanna was extremely rude. Service was super slow. When giving my order they completely messed it up. When asking for my bagel after receiving my donuts I got a snarky remark from Leanna stating that "it takes time to toast a bagel sir" after waiting for over twenty minutes. Following my ask, the server worked even slower, in spite. Extremely disappointed by the Tempe Bosa. I would not recommend that anyone go to this location.
Great food and friendly staff! Also nobody messes with nun chucks! The breakfast sandwich was killer. And the baked goods are what makes this place a staple for late nights and early morning bites! Get your food in person or with grub hub or post mates.
