I called Boones automotive told the guy Bradley my car was overheating he said bring it in let me check it out well turned out to be a water pump which he charged me $1399 for water pump. I called Chesapeake auto in Owings who are usually deal with and they charge for a water pump $716. Boones automotive overcharged me which is pure robbery and I hope to God that people read this please do not go to them they overcharge. And it’s terrible with the things going on in the world so please do not go to them. And plus he charge my husband $85 to look at it and I called. Luckily he gave me my money back. They are terrible anymore. I don’t know what’s going on I know in the past. I guess they were good at one time I’m not sure. I was referred to by friend never ever ever will I go there again
Boone's is simply the best auto repair shop you could hope for. They will always find the most economical way to repair your vehicle properly. The shop is always busy but they somehow manage to get things done in a timely way. It's still run as if the founder, Kent, was presiding over everything.
Can’t say enough good things about this place! I had tire issues, called same morning and they were able to squeeze me in after work that same day. They’re always so caring, professional and helpful. Reasonable pricing, highly recommend!

Really disappointed by Boone's (or not Boone's - specifically Marvin McFiren Sr.). We had our car inspected and he typed the VIN number in wrong by one digit (normally no problem at all, we had to pay $20 for temporary tags and an extra trip to the MVA but mistakes happen, we weren't mad). When I called to get this fixed, I was really polite at first but received no apology (anything would have worked for me, even "oops") and I was spoken to as though it was my fault and like I was being a pain by even calling in with this issue. We paid for this inspection, an error was made, we paid extra because of the error and his response was unacceptable.
This is the first review I have ever explicitly set out to write and I am not the type to complain about this type of thing but I would like Boone's to know that Mr. McFiren Sr.'s lack of courtesy is potentially costing them customers.
Dealing with Boone's is a throwback to when business could be done with a handshake and with confidence. The expertise is second to none. We use no other company to put hands on our trucks based on the long running relationship with Boone's. Could not be happier with the pricing, quality, and the way they stand behind their work.
