Boomerang Diner is definitely a step up from fast food. The last time I went it wasn't horrible but it wasn't great either. I forgot to picture the pickleos we got but they were definitely overcooked and seemed to be less than usual. Some of the other food was cooked a little too much and my mashed potatoes were kind of cold. Other than that it wasn't horrible. We were given 9 things of silverware for 2 adults and 4 kids. One of my children also had a lot of gravy on his car (looks likenit fell into my food as they were carrying it) I get stuff happens but that was a fun mess left for us to deal with. The diner was slightly busy but only a couple servers seemed to know what they were doing. Those servers were awesome. Unfortunately the one we had walked right past us as we held up our glass and said excuse me (trying to get a refill) he even looked right at us. I would still recommend boomerang.. I just wouldn't tell you to get your hopes up.
Just had dinner, again very satisfied. Boomerang is always consistent in food and service throughout all cities I have tried. Great family place, very interesting decor, friendly staff. Food is always satisfying. Great breakfast, burgers,blts, cheese fries, it's all great.
All I can say is WOW! We expected to like it. But, every bite. Every thing we had was amazing! I owned my own family stype restaurant and this reminded me of my restaurant. The staff was awesome also. Great stop in a long trip!
Came in, sat down and waited 10 minutes for a waitress to come to the table. No decaffeinated coffee, no French vanilla creamer, the manager took our order, which we are still waiting

Mmm.mmmm good! Be sure you make your way to this 50s dinner. This was a nice break in our travels east. Get there and get there fast!
Love this place! It's like stepping back in time.
Use to like Friday night all you can eat catfish was disappointed this time around first round was hot out of the basket second round was Cold like it had been setting in the Cold ????
I showed up at 12:30 noon worried the place was gonna be busy and they were the place was packed but I was very impressed at how efficiently they served the customers and they got my order to me way faster than what I expected. Food was great as well would totally come back.
