Honest, friendly, clean and reasonably priced. Take a peek into one of the bays - they’re freshly painted, organized and spotless. I can’t say enough good things about this family-owned business. In 2024 they are celebrating 50 years which says a lot about them.
Saved me money and time with a super friendly staff. They were fast and had me back on the road in less than 20 min. They have great deals and also have some used tires that def come in handy when traveling on a budget. Thanks so much to the older gentleman that I didn't catch his name but was super nice and made it possible for me to drive safely back to Florida!
My husband and I are fairly new to the area. We were looking for a good place to do our basic car needs. Bookout’s has serviced my SUV and my husband’s truck multiple times now and each time, they over-achieve. They go above and beyond. They are so thoughtful. They service my car and make every effort to be helpful and courteous. They even delivered my car back to my house when I had a flat and bought new tires. They keep my car in perfect condition. Oil changes, wipers, filters , etc.
I have been taking my car here for a couple years for oil change and tires. They are very honest, reliable and professional. I feel 100% safe with them and that's a massive relief in this messed up world. I once had my oil done at a Valvoline and they drained the old oil and didn't put any new oil back in it and didn't put the under carriage panel back on. I drove a couple blocks and my engine locked up. They ruined my car. So it's vital you go to a place that does it right every single time. And that is this place, Book out.
My daughter’s Honda had a sheet rock screw in right rear tire. I drove from Knoxville to get it fixed. I walked into Bookout about 4:30 today & the service was Outstanding. I HIGHLY Recommend Bookout’s for your automotive needs !!! Thank You
