After my lunch at the Cypress Grill, I was so close to Booger Bottom in Cobb, GA I had to make a stop. I was like only five miles away. It's right on the Flint River. Not too long ago, the restaurant was named one of the top burger, if not the top places in GA according to the GA Beef Council. Nice, casual place to grab a boat drink and some good food when many of their customers come and dock up. I ordered the cheeseburger and it comes freshly made to order and the garden is made in front of you. A good burger! No fries are available, chips can be purchased. I like a burger served open faced Another good spot to hang out and they have entertainment on an outdoor stage. A nice day after cutting the yard to get away to. PS, love the name.
Our burgers were good and reasonably priced, but it was not friendly what so ever. We didn't feel the friendly vibe like they advertise. Oh, and no public restrooms. A local told me to go behind the shed, no thank you.
We went this morning for the monthly Brunch. We always love Booger and this brunch was exceptional too. So much fun, so many friends, some new, some old, friends from Albany and surrounding counties. We had the grits bowl and it was incredibly delicious. Great service, great food and way fun. So many families bring their children and they love running and playing. It is truly a magical place for little ones, so many fun memories people make at the Booger, where eva'body is treated like family. Miss Sue, Russell and Renae and all staff lead the way for a fun time everytime they are open! Thank you all!
Not another place like it in the world. Accessible by road or by water. Get the pimento cheese burger. All the way. Musics great. Staffs great. Never seen a problem.
