Amazing service!!! I hit a pole and tore off my front bumper and since I use my car extensively for work as a real estate agent, I needed it fixed ASAP. I didn't want to spend the money to replace the entire bumper so Helen and Bob worked with me to figure out the easiest (and cheapest!) solution to bolt my existing bumper back on. I dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up later that day and Bob did an unbelievable job - it looked like my front bumper had never come off in the first place! I highly recommend Bonura & Sattler if you're looking for reasonable prices and fantastic service!
Truly honest and fair auto shop. I had to replace a side mirror, and they were able to fit the repair in quickly and gave me a price well below the dealership’s. Would recommend to anyone who needs auto work.
Bob is awesome! He wiped the paint right off my car and didn’t charge a dime. He explained to me what the damage to my bumper was and was so nice about everything. I would absolutely go here again for any sort of collision damage.
Bob is the man. He is honest, knowledgeable and funny. It is very rare to find a good bodyshop. I came here late (3:20pm) and asked if he finish my car at the same day, he stayed 30 minutes after closing time to give me my car back. Not so expensive and will work with you to ensure the lowest cost. Funny to talk with and has some good daddy's jokes. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a body shop. Note, offer to pay cash and he will charge you less.
Bob did a great job with my car. Gave me an estimate that was exactly what I paid. And the huge scrape and dent that I did to my car is completely not noticeable now. Definitely check these guys out!!
Bob has worked on my family's vehicles for over 20 years. He is honest, reliable, experienced and fast. I wouldn't ever consider taking my vehicles anywhere else.
