Very nice,classy and relaxing atmosphere. You can dress up or casual wear. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Food is delicious the Bang Bang Shrimp are the best in town that I've so far. Prices are reasonable not to expensive but at the same time not cheap at all. Good quality food even the appetizers and Martini's were awesome.
The food was good. Service was great! Surprisingly the burger and fries was the best tasting lunch; better than the chicken. The shrimp and the corn bisque was very good also. The salad was good except overdressed for me.
The best restaurant in Troy and the server she is just beautiful and amazing also she is very helpful her name is (cleare). Also the food is so delicious and fresh. The place full of vibes I highly recommend.
We came to celebrate my friends birthday and also to catch up.. the young lady was clearly overwhelmed. She came and got our drink order she brought out all the drinks but mine. I asked how long mine would be she said she was going to go get it.. 20mins went by i asked the manager if she could check on my drink.. she did and said it was being made now. The food was coming out for the table and I have yet to order mines because she never came back to the table. Our table never got cleaned off they let all our dishes pile up like they completely forgot about us and we sitting in the middle of the restaurant. I'm waiting and waiting and she still didn't come out and I still haven't gotten my drink! It's been over a hour and I didn't get any service! So at this point I'm getting frustrated because nobody has came back to our table.. the manager finally comes and explain that the young lady was overwhelmed and she needed a break. I was okay with that but I wasn't okay with the fact that nobody came to tell me this 20mins ago! So the manager took my order and she brought the drink out and I still waiting for the food another 30mins. I can't say I wouldn't be back but I will say I'm not in a rush to head back! I did get my food comp but nobody at out table was happy. The service was really really bad! She gave us some expired $25 gift cards and said no matter what she will accept them! PICTURES OF OUR TABLE THE WHOLE TIME!
The food was good with large portions. Crushed pineapple martini was delicious. The desserts were excellent. Our server was terrible, she didn't come back in a timely manner. We were there for 2 hours just for lunch and there was only about 15 other people there so they weren't busy.
This place was definitely a surprise especially now that the area is teeming with restaurants! Everything was really flavorful and honestly perfect for the season. Seasoning was on point and you could really get that extra flavor from the char grills they have. I had the rainbow trout with mango salsa, and my friends had the sirloin and the whitefish piccata (which is a once a month special we were told). Overall great! Would highly recommend!
We stopped in on a lunch Saturday for a small bite to eat and a drink. We were seated right away. Server was fast and food came quickly. Not that many people so we were in and out in good time.
Nice dinner, nice staff. Nothing really stood out to me here compared to other Bonefish Grills that I have dined at in the past. Food was tasty and the service was fast.
