This Bonefish Grill located in Williamsburg, Virginia is great and terrible at the same time. The food is absolutely amazing. Our waitress and management were terrible. The food couldn’t have been any better. But our waitress, we don’t think could have been much worse. And the managers aren’t much better. After we were seated and eating our appetizer we finished our drinks (water). We waited 15 minutes before we received any refills. This is completely unacceptable. During this time we had visits to our table from three different managers. Even though the food was fantastic, we will not be returning to this location due to our waitress and the management. Unfortunately we do NOT recommend this location.
Definitely stop here and eat and try a fancy drink, you won't regret it.
Randomly decided to go here as it was open until 10pm and it did not disappoint.
Smoked old fashion is delicious.
The potstickers and calamari apps were good.
The entrees were delicious.
Tried the cod and the sea bass, they are stuffed with seafood and not just breading like most places.
The sides aren't just your typical ones, we had risotto and pumpkin ravioli along with delicious fresh broccoli. So many good choices and I don't think you can go wrong with any of them.
Service was great, all staff are very friendly. It's clean and well taken care of. Very impressed and would definitely go back

Didn't have time to try the Cocktails. Next time ⏲️ The Shrimps and Scallops, as well as Bang Bang Shrimps are to die for. Try the Shrimps ???? with Lemon dipping, thank me virtually ????????
Best experience my wife and I have ever had at a restaurant. Corynne made our 15 year Anniversary a great experience. We had never been to a Bonefish Grill before tonight, but now we can’t wait to return. Thank you Corynne for this experience and We definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone that is on the fence. The food was delicious and cheesecake to die for! Thank you Bonefish Grill and Corynne . You are awesome!!
Me and my mother’s overall experience at the Bonefish Grill was amazing. Our waitress, Corynne was super nice and polite. She was very attentive and aware. She made sure to check on us constantly and made certain to make us feel welcome. The staff overall was amazing and the head supervisor, Ricardo was also very pleasant and greeted us very politely and pleasantly. We were also given a nice treat because it was our birthdays. If I could rate this establishment higher, I definitely would.
Had a great dinner! Marissa was my server and had very nice customer service. She was fast & the food came out quick. We got the bang bang shrimp and had a few sides like garlic whipped mashed potatoes that were SO good. We had a dessert too , that was brownies and strawberry syrup. 10/10
Place was fancy. I have never been and I dint expect that. The food was phenomenal and the atmosphere was pretty welcoming and the staff was friendly despite the fact we rolled though with 5 kids. I have eaten truly two great meals since ei have been in VA and both so far have been in Williamsburg.
Fantastic dining experience in Williamsburg this past Friday evening. We utilized a special certificate. Everything was wonderful starting with the two helpful managers (Bridget & Luke). They even made sure one of the guest had gluten free selections. The friendly host crew showed us to a reserved table where our awesome waitress, Angela, was so attentive, personable & knowledgeable on not only the foods, sauces, pairing of wines, but picture taker. The Chef's choices & presentations were outstanding. This special dinner not only was delicious. catered with detail, but a great memory for us & our guests. Thank you Bonefish Staff.
