Perfect. Everything was so great. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a restaurant where the presentation was just as good as the food, so this was a first. I was simply amazed with how well everything was put together. All the food was absolutely delicious. The plates were also aesthetically pleasing, which gave my eyes a meal as-well.the waiter was kind and very patient with me. I did realize there’s not many non alcoholic drink options, but I guess it’s fine because it’s a fried chicken restaurant ,not a beverage place so I’m not bothered by it. The fried chicken was also fantastic as-well, with a nice crispy but sweet skin and a savory and juicy inside. Loved every bite. Just as a warning, The buldak is very spicy! I asked for less spice and it was still pretty hot!
The food is always amazing. I have a hard time deciding what to get since it's all so yummy. Korean tacos didnt get pictured as they got eaten too fast
WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO THE FRENCH FRY? They sprinkles some magical seasoning, need no ketchup or any sauce, but has sweet, savory, seasoned, perfect crunch even after pickup and drive home meaning half hour later, just amazing. Also wings are excellent not finger sticking overly gooey sauce but crunch not salty best buddy for all beers
I’ve ordered pickup several times always the same order of bulgogi. This time the girl on the other end of the phone had some language barrier and kept telling me it’s $2 for fried rice which I told her I did not want fried rice as it already comes with white rice. We went back and fourth till I literally had to spell out WHITE RICE to her. I show up and of course they made it fried rice and acted as if it was my fault. Not even a sorry or anything .I waited for them to remake it and they charged me for the fried rice price anyway. And here are two receipts to prove they still charged me the price for the higher one. I called and they berated me. Do not go here and if you do, double check your order and before you pay. Also if you’re not Korean, don’t even expect any type of service. So sad how these people operate.
as a korean american who didn't want to fit the stereotype of loving korean fried chicken, bonchon made me fail. i've tried other korean fried chicken too but bonchon is always consistent for me. specifically this store with it's top notch service, excellent consistency in taste, and the vibes are just immaculate in here. good spot to bring friends or a date. there's tables for you to be seated in and spacious with a clean bathroom available. to top it all off, there's parking available too. 5/5
I’ve been to several Bonchon’s however, this one is definitely tops. The staff there is incredibly friendly and the food they prepare is simply amazing. Aside from their famous fried chicken, you gotta try their amazing side dishes, and especially the Bulgogi Fried Rice.

Really good Korean fried chicken but my favorite are the seasoned fries here !
The chicken tenders were just completely dry :(
I love their crunch and flavor, but when the chicken comes out stringy and dry it is just dissapointing.
After ordering from here the past few years, it is usually a 50/50 chance it will come out good vs a problem.
Outside of the fried chicken flip of a coin, the fries are always great. And i think this may not be such a problem if you order other main dishes outside of the fried chicken.
