Stew chicken dinner with rice and beans and salad. Large portions, friendly service.
This has to be the best place I've been to in YEARS. I came here with my boyfriend for a date and we had the seafood pasta, the crabs were seasoned so well along with the shrimp I didn't realize I was stuffing my face. I would kill to have it again. ???? I will be coming back in the future for sure!
I can not express how great this place is! such a community staple. my kids and i have been going here for years and it’s one of our favorite family spots. the service is great and the workers are so friendly and respectful would definitely recommend to any out of towner 10 out of 10 & does not disappoint!
I had the legume and seafood pasta and both were FIRE ???? but I’m writing this review not only to expound on the excellence of the food but to showcase the humanity of the owner Johanna. After buying and eating the amazing food, I didn’t realize that I accidentally left my wallet. After a week she came to my house to bring it back to me! Unbelievable but TRUE. My faith in humanity RESTORED ????????????
Listen, I had to instantly come on here to write this review. I originally ordered via uber eats because I live twenty minutes away. The uber driver canceled and I was so upset but the manager was more than accommodating and was even willing to bring me my food personally. I decided to re-order the food via uber, and let me tell you the FOOD WAS AMAZING! I'm not even exaggerating. I'm jamaican but from time to time, I want something different. I ordered the griot with the rice and beans; as well as the shrimp fried rice and the ribs. Everything was well seasoned and was sooo good. The reviews on Instagram and Google about this restaurant are not lying, The food is good good. Definitely order from this place for true authentication food. I'm so happy that I discovered them. They will be my new go to instead of chef creole.
super dope spot, very good food. if you are wondering, the dishes aren't so much fusions of Caribbean and Chinese, but rather half of the menu is Caribben and half Chinese. and it's the same chefs so there's ofc some cross pollination there but just to mention that since I was curious myself before I first came. really great service, good prices, def recommend coming here
I did a pickup and had to wait longer than the stated pickup time. But in the end, it was worth it. I ordered the seafood spaghetti, which was incredibly flavorful. The shrimps and crabs were seasoned to perfection. Also for the price, they provide a generous amount.
I always get passion fruit juice at Haitian restaurants and the one at this restaurant wasn’t as sweet which was a good thing.
I had order led from Uber East, it took longer than expected but the wait was SO worth it. As a Haitian myself this is one of the best spots I’ve had Haitian food from!
