This place has the best customer service of anywhere I know. They are always busy.. for a reason. I went in for a new tire. I figured it would take probably 30 minutes with all the people ahead of me. I was in and out in 10 minutes. They are excellent, and have the best prices in town!
I've been here a few times for small stuff and they were great. However when we were getting prepared for vacation I took my vehicle in with a back tire leaking 7-8lbs of air and pulling to the left. They said the tire leak was due to cold weather most likely and they'd do an alignment. A little over $100 later vehicle was still pulling left on my way home. Brought it back the next day telling them the same tire lost 5-6lbs again and still pulling to left, guy at front said he'll make sure it's taken care of. Said they swapped the front driver tire with passenger tire... So that told me right then and there they didn't do a "proper" alignment and apparently didn't do one at all even though I was charged for it as my vehicle still pulled to the left. The first part of doing an alignment is checking the tires (obviously). Once again he said they checked the tire and still believe it's the cold weather. So I called Alray Tire on main street in valdese and told the guy what was going on but for now if possible I'll just get the tire checked before we head out at 5am on our trip. He told me to come on over and he'll get me in to make sure we were safe to go. Sure enough they took it off and found out it was leaking around the bead, took tire off wheel, cleaned it all up and fixed my issue for $10, no leak since! I'll be taking my business there from now on.

Very poor service!
I went in yesterday and explained that my truck was making a noise that sounded like metal scrubbing when brakes applied and requested they check the problem and change the oil. The clerk said, "I'll put it in line." I provided my phone number and left my truck there.
Later, I got a call claiming my truck was finished. I was surprised because they didn't call about the brakes and asked what they found when checking them. I was told that the brakes are fine with 50% life remaining on the brake pads. I asked about the scrubbing noise and the man explained, "I didn't know anything about the noise. If I have to pull it back in the shop it will be Monday or Tuesday before I can get to it." He also explained that the brake pads are good, but it could be a rough spot on the pads causing the noise. According to the man, some tough breaking may break loose the rough spot on the pad and the noise may stop.
I went to get my truck and the bill was very low. When I got into the truck I discovered they replaced my synthetic oil with regular oil!
After leaving the shop, I did some really rough braking and went for a ride but noticed the noise was getting worse.
I managed to get it into another shop today and the mechanic managed to repair the truck in under 2 hours. However, the brake pads were completely worn down on the back side of both front tires. I had to replace front brakes and both front rotors.
Bolick's tire didnt repair my vehicle and they sent me away in a potentially dangerous vehicle. I will never be back!
I brought my own 2 used tires to get mounted and balanced as well as a separate tire repaired. It was a very busy Monday morning and they still finished all that within 2hrs for a very fair price in my opinion. I was extremely pleased with everyone and the service provided. I will definitely be returning in the future for all of my tire needs!
Always the best service. Reasonable prices. I could give 10 stars I would . I don't go anywhere else!
Been here an hour and I half so far. Paid them and everything, front guy was friendly and good price for tires. But my car still hasn’t even moved. They’re nice but they don’t really have a sense of urgency.
