The short: Responsive, clean facility, quick, polite.
The long: Place I normally go to was closed. Called a bunch of places. They called me back right away, most other places in the area didn’t call back. I decided to try. Responded to me right away when I walked in, even though working. Took me in right away, did the inspection swiftly and respectful of my car. I asked for a business card, nice to have a good place nearby. I trust the other reviews and will try them out next time I need a repair. I don’t normally do reviews, but was happy enough to write a review for here.
I have been lucky finding places that can be trusted, and do the the job correctly. When my last mechanic retired he suggested Bokor and I couldn't be any happier. Have only good things to say about these guys and would recommend to anyone.

David and Ra, good luck telling them apart, are very knowledgeable and always take care of any problems I bring to them. They offer great service with very fair prices! When my mechanic of 25 years retired, I went over to Bokor. I knew their late father, so when Joe retired, I knew I'd be in good hands. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!
Anytime something goes wrong with my car I call/text Ra, and every time he says just bring it in. I can’t tell you the countless times I’ve been at the shop, for things like ohhh my tire pressure is low and Ra just patches it up and gets me on my way. My family and I all go to Bokor cause we know they will always be fair and if they can’t perform the service they always give great referrals to other amazing companies. They are an amazing family run company and I would take my car anywhere else!
Good service and super helpful! Dropped my car off a few times and they got back to me about what’s going on by the end of the day. They care and prioritize their customers concerns and I feel more confident driving my car now knowing that they are the ones who repaired it.
My 2008 Ford Edge with very high mileage has been limping along for quite a while as I’m not ready for a new car. I drive on pothole laden, dirt roads daily and it is a 50 mile drive to work. After several issues and two other mechanics, I took my car to Bokor because my dad swears by these guys. Dad was right! They initially advised against trying to fix it but after some discussion they said they would look at it. I just picked it up and it feels like it did when I first bought it. They explained everything they did and were extremely polite. I intend to drive the 50 plus miles to this shop and not waste my time with any other mechanic. Can not recommend enough.
I absolutely love the guys here. They know what they're doing & will give customers their honest opinion / advice. If I have any questions or if anything happens, they are the first & ONLY place I would contact. It gets done & DONE RIGHT! As frustrating as it is to have to deal with car issues, I do know that I will be taken care of.
