When I walked in, there was a line of customers waiting for food. I placed my order and asked how long the chicken had been in the window? Annoyed by the question, the response was 20 minutes for chicken to be dropped, which I agreed to wait for. Another team member made my order and was told I didn't want that chicken. Not understanding that it's MY CHOICE as a paying customer to wait, she, along with her nasty attitude and screamed, "Nobody told me she was waiting for hot chicken!" Once the chicken was done, I asked for lightly seasoned fries where the young lady repeated, "You want light season?" and proceeded to dump extra season the fries. Utterly disappointed with the level of customer service received, I won't be returning. It's a shame that work ethics and customer service don't go hand in hand.
Just picked up dinner on this fine Easter Sunday and I gotta say this location sho-nuff snapped with the exceptional quality of food and customer service. I’m tempted to give an in depth review of every item I ordered because it was just that dang good, but just know, the chicken was exquisite, the Mac n Cheese was mac’n, the down & dirty rice was smacking, and the Bo berry biscuits were slapping ????????! And don’t even get me started on how good the sweet tea tasted????????♂️. Lawd.
I don't know what it is about this location but after 2:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. the service completely goes down and the food is absolutely horrible. I went there twice within the last month or so and gotten their mac and cheese which was watered down and had absolutely no taste whatsoever. Also I feel like the wings were dried out and overcooked and it also gave me a stomach ache later on that evening because that's all that I ate after I got off work was the Bojangles. I'm sure not all locations are like this but the one on Fulton Industrial specifically this location they need to do a bit better. I honestly can't see myself going back there again, I'll visit other locations especially the one in Lithia Springs since it's not too far from where I work. Also I know it can be pretty slow around that time because they normally have their breakfast and their lunch rush and in the evening I guess it kind of dies down a bit, so where the lobby looks like a ghost town.
My granddaughter had her birthday dinner reservation for 4:30. We were seated at 5. We waited at the table for 2 hours and 15 minutes before the Chef came out. So from 4:30 until 7:30 is a long time to get just an appetizer and not a meal.

Good value. Had to wait for approx 8-10 minutes for our drive through order. Overall worth a try.
I stop and ordered my food but had to wait 5 minutes before I could order then I ordered they tool my money then told me to pull up and they would bring it out and I waited 10 minutes or more and no one ever came so I went in. I asked where is my food he looked at the receipt then started fixing it. I was upset because now I'm late going back to work because of there unorganized self. I have to lose my money and get pointed at work because I was 15 minutes late. That location is garbage and slow. I spent to much money for that type of service. Something needs to be done.
I go here atleast twice a week that Cajun fillet biscuit has me in a chokehold. The fillet is cooked and battered just right and the biscuits are so good,buttery and soft.
The food was hot and fresh for breakfast THIS TIME! So thats where the two stars come in!! But the service was horrible! The lady taking the order with the blonde wig, she needs to learn customer service etiquette! She yells, she gets smart with you, and she is very impatient! Poor brown skinned guy at the window, he was so nice but I cant even imagine working with her! She would change the mood for sure!!!
