Can you please put some fast people in the front during busy hours . The new lady working on front is freaking slow. There was 2 orders front of me she was not able to hand any of them . Waited 20 minutes for my order and returned with nothing. In 20 minutes of time front employee only put 3 piece of tender and fries on plate. Is it not frustrating???? All other customers were also very sad seeing that . Please do something best .
Went around lunch time 6/25/33 , ordered a 2 piece chicken tender kids meal with coleslaw as well as a biscuit for the other person with me. The lady who rang us up she was wearing a long black dress and a black face mask/rude to begin with, waited several minutes piddling around before taking our order. The chicken tenders were super small and skinny, I also ended up with a small cup of cold mashed potatoes instead of cole slaw. Luckily, the manager was helpful with getting my order correct
Finally made it back to bojangles after a 12 year hiatus. Got the chicken sandwich and it was delicious. Can't really compare between popeyes or chic Fila because it us a different experience a d different tasting chicken.

Always fresh and fast food. Customer service is excellent. Very pleasant experience.
The new GM "Donna" and some of the employees at this location are a joke. They treat some of their employees like garbage, and the GM "Donna" don't take things seriously. I wouldn't recommend this Bojangles to anyone. Go 5 minutes down there road to the new one in Christiansburg!
Love there Cajon biscuits that I get regularly for breakfast. But for dinner me and my wife twice have bad less than desirable experiences unfortunately
Arrived near closing. Staff was busy handling cars driving up, it took a bit for my little order. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, received a regular chicken sandwich. I saw different staff members resalt the same fries at least three times - they obviously came to me incredibly salty.
Staff was friendly - I suspect a different time of day they would have gotten the order correct.
