******Let's All Boycott the Place! Doesn't seem like corporate or anyone else for that matters listens to what a substandard operation that keep over there*****For over $19 for two biscuits, 1 large hash brown, an orange juice, and water, you'd think that at least my food would be hot. Nope! had to go get back in the line and drive up and give them my cold hash browns and ask nicely for some hot ones. Are these employees paid a living wage? Asking because nobody ever smiles including the employee at the window who seems miserable and anguished every time I visit. Trust me, I only went there for breakfast because it was after 10:30AM. Otherwise, I would have gone to any of the other options.

Order two ham,egg and cheese biscuits, and a middle sweet tea. Got two ham biscuits and no straw for my tea. Yall are slacking on Customer service!

Gave five stars a few years ago
Went in last week two cars in drive thru.
Waited at counter inside for ten minutes.
No one could be bothered to take our order
Guess they had enough sales that day and didn't need our money!!
I rarely write reviews but this place seriously never gets it right! Every time I come here theres an issue. Today I went for lunch they had trouble putting the order in, got to the window and they got my biscuit wrong so when I told her my order again she gets this nasty attitude me.She had to have her coworker fix her mistakes. When I finally get my food after a while of waiting it was still wrong and I had to go in there and tell them again! The food is pretty good when it’s right but the customer service is ridiculous.
Trying to go through this drive through is a nightmare at this Bojangles, and it’s not the first time. Ordering chicken wings at a chicken place should not be that difficult. But as they asked my husband to pull over, he watched a number of cars come and go. Then, they couldn’t refund the money because he paid with a debit card and gave him no receipt. I called inside and asked to speak to a manager. The girl on the phone said she was a manager but did not identify herself. She said, “There are a bunch of managers.” I asked for our money back and let her know that we would not be stopping there again which seemed to not even phase her. If they would do less chatting and more working, maybe they would notice they are low on chicken at the place where they only serve chicken. I would not eat this food now if they gave it to us because of the lack of integrity of the people who work there. Someone needs to train the managers about customer service. What a shame!
Waited 20 minutes to get my food, 7 cars in the parking lot waiting on food as well. Food was cold when I got it. Won’t go back!
Drive Thru was quick and friendly, I received my order fresh and everything was accurate. Couldn't ask for better
