I have never been to a Bojangles before. I walked in not knowing what to try and the cashier Landon was so helpful. I asked for recommendations and he recommended some delicious food. Good food, great customer service.
The seasoned fries are a must. I love them and it’s really the only thing that brings me to the place, I wish they offered them in a basket ???? or a large family size bag, because even the largest version feels small.
Overall a must try!
The same thing always happens, it is the slowest food store I have ever seen today, Friday, May 31, with more than 5 people inside, I was waiting for the order for 20 minutes and there was no staff to order. Incredible how his person is not interested in things going quickly and efficiently. I leave it as something to improve.
Easy experience! They quickly took my order and I was given my food right after I paid. The sandwich was tasty! Nice and warm and not too greasy. Was way bigger than I expected and was only $4.23 after tax. Didn’t have to ask for napkins and they included them in the bag. Good experience.
This was our first time ever eating at Bojangles and we enjoyed our meal. We're on vacation so we wanted breakfast at lunch time and we were excited to see that they offer breakfast all day. The food was really good and the price was reasonable. We especially enjoyed the Bo Berry biscuits that only cost $1.69 for 2 large biscuits (as of 9/15/21)! The only reason they lost a star was because the tables weren't clean, even though it was obvious that they had been wiped down recently. The other issue was that the girl at the register wasn't very friendly, although she was efficient at her job. Overall a very good experience and we will definitely go back!
Best fast food chicken I ever had!!! The staff are amazing! Try their boberry biskets you won't be disappointed!
This was my first time trying Bojangles. I was not aware, didn't think to ask either, if the chicken was spicy. I don't like anything spicy so I didn't care for it. The biscuits and mac n cheese were good. The service was good, staff was friendly but one thing I can not stand is when they hand out condiment packets that are all stuck together and sticky. I asked for honey and all but 1 packet was stuck together but not by honey. It was a good atmosphere very quiet and calm. It wasn't bad but just isn't for me.
Delicious! We love BoJangles and always stopped there whenever we traveled south. This was hands down the best service we've ever had. The Frankfurt branch and this one are awesome!
The restaurant wasn't busy and all the employees engaged us ????. It was good food and a great experience. The music was such a blessing too!! The table set for "missing comrades in arms" was an incredible testament to the ownership. You guys are awesome ! God Bless America!
