Waited 10 minutes outside for a leg and thigh combo, a chicken sandwich combo, and a tender kids meal. Was told that thighs would be a 5 minute wait so agreed on two legs. Husband asked for Bo Rounds, was also told they’d take about four and a half minutes to cook so we went with fries. Still had a ten minute wait for everything to come out cold. I work fast food and have never personally seen anything operate like this before.
Tonight is the last time. This is the 6th time Bojangles has completely destroyed our order. We even stopped going through drive thru bc our order always ends up short. The last two times we physically went in. Order was still wrong. They made fresh white gravy for the biscuits and gravy??, one drop of gravy on the mashed potatoes, missing 2 mashed potatoes and large fry. Manager even refused to come out to speak to us. This place was great before pandemic but no longer. It seems they no longer care about their food or what they serve. The employees are nice and always friendly. That is the only reason for the star.
If you want to eat here, go at opening through 1pm. After that you are likely to wait forever for food, get cold food anyway, receive the wrong food, not receive the food at all, or be told they are out of food in general.

Eat here regularly. Salad is amazingly good!! However they only accept 1 coupon per order and will only do 2 separate orders for you.
Went to only get dinner tenders and they were terrible! They were dark and mushy. Also, wanted to use a military discount and they manager said he'll do it this time, because we didn't tell them say the speaker. The Food has really gone downhill.
The workers were really rude, the cashier was rude from the start. Also it’s not cleaned either, now I understand about a little bit of mess but I’m talking dirty. Trash on the floor and multiple table and the worker that is supposed to be clean was literally sitting the corner on her phone.
Chicken was spicy for me but my husband loved it!! Biscuits r so good ????
They never do me wrong on breakfast shift. Chicken biscuits are the best.
