Thank you so much to all the managers and staff of this Bojangles!!!! The service was amazing and everyone was so kind. I had a catering order of biscuit for a biscuit bar for my residents at my apartment community. They were such a big hit!! Never getting biscuits from anywhere else ever!!!!!
Waited 12/15 minutes for fresh chicken no big deal was happy to wait for fresh food and then we got home and I opened the food and immediately noticed there was something wrong with the gravy. I called to ask them if there was anything different about it and was told there wasn’t. Idk what this is but never while working at bojangles myself did the gravy look this inedible. It was watery and the yellow stuff wasn’t melting even after I warming it to try and see if it’d thicken up. ????
Once again we are disappointed with the Hwy. 17 Bypass, Surfside Beach location. I’ve eaten just about everything on Bojangles menus, and in many states. I know and love Bojangles good food.
This location is just the worst I’ve ever had. This is after many tries from chicken to steak biscuits.
Our biscuits today were both crunchy and chewy. The steak was hardening from being cooked long before we received our order.
The Hwy 707 location, a few miles away, is consistently great. The 17 Bypass employees need to go train at the 707 location to see how it’s done.
I guess I’ll have to drive farther to get food fit to eat.
I was going to do an online review and get someone to contact me, but we didn’t get a receipt.
Family plan for the meals and 20 piece boned chicken with dirty rice was excellent. First time going to Bojangles and thought the service was adequate. Asked for extra hot sauce twice and they forgot it. Other than that, good experience.
Passing a lot of Bojangles (and the fact it's my mom's cat's name) we had to stop. This was our first time. All was good and decent portion sizes. Some in our party felt the chicken was spicy ????. Others did not think so.
The fries are amazing and a must side to get! Don't skip em! And I enjoyed the biscuits (I usually don't like em from other fast food places)
Very yummy Yummy!!! We were on vacation and our daughter brought us here and wow nothing I expected walking in so don't assume enjoy the delicious food and environment!!!
Went through the drive-thru. Fast service. Good food. Will be back!
Being on a keto b lifestyle is how I live. Bojangles had the ham biscuits 2 for 5. I was able to order mine without the biscuit with a side of eggs. The young man who waited on my wife and I was very friendly and nice.
