The best bojangles I've ever been to. Was on a road trip with my Sister, niece and nephew. Had to stop to rest and of course get something to eat. This place was not crowded but we were greeted and got exactly what we wanted. I don't remember her name but the manager kept us laughing and was very accommodating. The chicken and biscuits were so delicious...i was like "Poeyes who?" lol Not sure if we will ever pass this way again on another trip but This was a good spot.
In the context of a fast food establishment, the provided service adequately meets the basic requirements. To simplify the matter, my sole desire was to obtain chicken, which is precisely what they offer.
Horrible experience. If i could give it a negative score I would. The cashier seemed like he was training and he was a little slower at taking our order which i understood and was patient with. However It was the lady with the eyebrow piercing and terrible customer service who didn’t seem like she cared about being there that really made me feel some type of way. She is no shape to be in the customer service field nor a team lead. Whatever she was going through that day may god bless her and hope she does some self reflecting.
Also, the place was filthy. Dead flies EVERYWHERE. Disgusting. They handle your food with no gloves just bare hands.
We have been getting biscuits here for our millwrights breakfast annually for 6 years. Walked in. Met with cashier who did not want to be bothered with an order. Tried to order 20 filet biscuits and my breakfast while I waited. She said they don't do large orders. She called Manager over. Manager informed me hastily that they don't make big orders unless I call in. Never did mind before and 20 is not a big order. Also they were not busy....I wonder why that could be. Manager stated it and just walked off. Waffle House saved the day and made us 20 sandwiches with a smile and they were busy as hell. I hope whoever owns this Bojangles knows what a snotty culture they have in this restaurant. Thank you Waffle House Hopewell.
Manager was super rudes, when the person to our order I said it was for here and her got a tray, she snapped at him and said it is still going in a bag. He was being sure to get the order typed in correctly and she threw everything on a tray because I told her no a bag will not work a tray, and dripped it at pickup area while I was still ordering with my family, when she seen I had also ordered BBQ sandwiches she sighed loudly and yell it back to the prep person. Everyone was great with the exception of the manager. I eat here every Sunday with my family,when she is there she always seems like she hates her job and people ordering is an inconvenience. Bojangles please retrain this young lady so she can learn how to deal with the public.
Food is as expected. But the service was beyond unacceptable. Waiting in the drive through 20 minutes with no movement so I decided to go inside and see what the hold up was. Complete incompetence. Turning customers away for ordering 12pc chicken, did not have Mac or dirty rice. 20 minute wait inside as well for a simple 3pc dinner. I call while in the stationary drive through and was hung up on 2x for asking if they were open. While inside almost every order I witnessed had the customers returning for improper orders. If you love Bojangles, this is not the one. Make the drive 20 min away and get your food faster than waiting here.
This location sucks! The Manager is so rude and even messed our order up twice. When I corrected her she had the nerve to have an attitude with me ! Excuse me I paid for what I wanted. I asked for her manager and she had a whole attitude for me asking. New management is definitely needed! The chicken was old and brown looking and I’m not sure how long it had been sitting up there. But I asked for fresh chicken and for the remaining of my order that she didn’t give me the first time and she had a whole attitude. Customer service is horrible and the establishment is dirty to include the bathrooms always and floors in the dining area. Watch out for old food here! They do not serve fresh food.
I have to confess, I am just learning how good the food is at Bojangles. The chicken is good, but not my favorite for takeout. However, the breakfast was absolutely delicious!!! The Bo Rounds… magnificent!! The biscuits are just as delicious as my grandmothers and that’s hard to do. I give this place a 4 out of 5 because they didn’t have many condiments (hot sauce and honey mustard) available. It seemed to be across the board because I went to one location in NC and weeks later went to a VA location and they were out as well. At the same time, this place beats out all other fast food restaurants. Enjoy! Tell them Tk sent you ????
