Not sure what this black stuff is in the bottom of my coffee but when I come inside and get my own coffee it’s not in my cup. Second time noticing this stuff. It’s hard and obviously not coffee grounds????
The staff there on Friday January 19, 2024 needs serious training. I ordered 3 sausage & egg biscuits and when I got home they were just biscuits in the bag. They got me good. I go here regularly and the regular guy makes sure your order is what you ask for, this was a whole new crew and I didn't see the normal guy there. I will make sure to check my bags before I pull off from now on.
The website is garbage. Once on the website, I choose order and it asks for location. I choose the Peterscreek location, and it brings me back to 'place order'. I choose chicken sandwich meal, and it literally takes me right back to 'choose location.
I then preceeded to call said location 10 times in a row. Literally, 10 calls placed at 9:00 pm. The phone rings approximately 8 to 9 times and disconnects. I can't imagine a scenario where it's impossible for an employee to answer 1 call out of 10.
You would think that the ridiculously rising cost of fast food, customer service would be a high priority, not so much. In fact I would argue the opposite is true. As prices sore, customer service is declining rapidly. Between the absorbently amount of cost while simultaneously downsizing the portions, I don't see any reason to frequent any fast food restaurants. They are slowly pricing themselves out of business.
The new bbq sauce isn't near as good , only having pepsi products sucks. Stupid things on menu like chicken tenders on a hot dog bun doesn't work. The guy that owns all of the local ones is a pr1ck that thinks he is a higher class than most people who eat there.
This is the worst Bojangles. I've ever been to the chicken. Tenders were smaller more like nuggets, and the price was ridiculous and it took literally almost 30 minutes To just even place the order. Food was good. It was just way expensive and this is not Bojangles that. I remember I'm shocked at the size.
You could not ask for a friendlier staff. The place is kept clean and the food is served hot. The one time I did have an issue with the food it was promptly taken care of. They have chicken in the morning and Mac and cheese etc after 1030. The parking lot is a good size there are more spots in the lot than there are tables in the store so ample parking. A good amount of handicap parking. The staff will greet you when you come in and they stay on top of their tea so it does not run out or get old and stale. I highly recommend this location. Ohh and small thing but important their condiments are in date and not just sitting there months after they expire...you can tell the difference...
The only reason this review is 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is not open past 2 PM. The staff is friendly and the food is always good. I wish it was easy to get some Bojangles in the evening in Salem. Otherwise, keep up the good work.
This location does not honor the operating hours posted. All of the exterior lights were off when I arrived and most of the interior lights, too. Nothing was lit up for the drivethrough, either. Do not rely on this place to be open in the early AM- you'll be disappointed and have to go hungry, like me.
