I have been to this location 3 times and have been disappointed each time. I work in food service and I can recognize health code violations galore, everything from old buckets of sanitation water sitting out in the dining room to employees eating behind food service counters. The cashier name on my receipt was Janiyah, but im unsure if that’s who actually took my order as the first interaction I had was two team members arguing over who was gonna have to take me. When a team member came to the counter, she was chewing, wiping her mouth, and wiping her nose the whole time. She was extremely rude and did not plug in all the items I ordered, so I didn’t end up getting everything I wanted. The dining room was dirty, and the sweet tea was put despite it being close to the peak hours of lunch. As far as food goes, the fries were under cooked and over seasoned. I usually never post reviews, but I am especially disappointed in my experiences here and hope my review sparks some tough conversations in management.
The crew today for lunch was so sweet. I had to ask for refills and other small things several times, and they were so pleasant. They were on the ball, and the food was hot and fast. They are clearly a great team and one of the best meals I have had at this location.
Not bad location, but the chicken sandwich I ordered was on point. Seriously. Very good sandwich. One of the best I've had in recent memory. Worth a visit for that alone.
I wasn't impressed. I ordered 12 steak biscuits and ended up paying $48. I didn't get the total until I got to the window. I didn't change the order but it just seemed expensive and I had to wait for the food for like 10 min. I did not receive any jelly or condiments with my order... This is the first and last time I'll go to this location.
It is usually hit or miss with their food. Some morning everything is good, some mornings not everything is good..They must let their bo rounds soak in grease before they cook them. Some mornings they are so greasy I have a big puddle of grease in my console.
The girls there clean the floor so well you could eat off of it. They are always willing to change things up a bit to make the customer happy and have some of the best sweet tea.
Moved to the South, I figured I'd try all the fried chicken places since it's my daughter's favorite.
What a disappointment!
Small portions, missing biscuits, out of mashed potatoes at 7pm!
I don't know if it's this location, but you must do better or I can see this chain eventually closing down! Oh did i mention they're the most expensive out of all the chicken places. Go to Popeyes or Church's.

We ordered a 2 piece white chicken meal green beans and coleslaw. Also a 1 piece breast chicken meal with pinto beans and coleslaw. We got everything but the coleslaw in both meals. The family 20 piece chicken had all that it came with. Every time i order from there something is always missing and you can try to call no one answers. This afternoon you could hear the hollowing among the workers thru the intercom. And had to wait 15 minutes for them to cook the chicken that was not done.
