My sausage biscuit was overcooked and had been sitting out too long, as well as my son's Cajun chicken biscuit. My daughter's sausage, egg and cheese biscuit looked delicious and fresh.
Very possibly the best fried chicken at the airport. The line was long. The restaurant ran out of thighs with wait time expected to be 30 min. The biscuits are so so but the max n cheese is good. Reasonably priced for the airport.
It's fast food. It's good. It gets the job done. Staff could be a little more attentive. They have a sitting area, but a bit close to security and it can get hectic.
The staff was very nice. The Cajun chicken biscuit was very good!
Bokamgles in T2 Gate Area
Chicken taste okay. Fries are very salty. No ketchup available. Some sodas are not available. Eating tables are very dirty and sticky. Floors are very dirty and sticky with dried up sodas all over counters and floors. Needs improvement on the quality of service.
Horrible service and disgusting food. Male employee only helps one customer at a time, you end up waiting nearly 35 minutes for disgusting chicken and cold soggy fries and be aware nothing comes with sides everything is extra $$ but the male employee does not tell you anything cause it’s to inconvenience for him to talk to you , if you ask a question to the male employee he becomes rude and argumentative immediately. The sitting area around the corner is disgusting and dirty and absolutely nasty, controlled by a worker that likes 3 chair to be but upside down and off limits and will kick you out, he focus on that area being shut down while dirty nasty floors and tables full of food sad.
Super disappointed. Ordered 1 of only 2 items available. The Cajun chicken biscuit had zero sauce, lettuce or pickles like it did in the picture. Mac and cheese was so old it had shrunk in the container. Turned around after ordering to a public health rating of B grade. Sucked
I know it's in an airport but this has to be the worst Bojangles in the country. 30 minute wait for about 8 people in line even with 5 employees. The chicken sandwich had no mayo, no pickles just chicken and a bun. Coke machine was out of several flavors, zero carbonation and both tea dispensers were bone dry. Dining room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks even though there was a dedicated employee in the dining area.
