My sister and I ordered lunch today. We purchased 2 fish combos, one minus the cheese and 1 (2) piece white dinner with double dirty rice. My Sister had raved about how delicious the fish was when she had ordered it from another Bojangles location, so I was excited to try it. I was in town for an appointment and time was limited. We pulled off and began to eat. We agreed that the sandwiches were horrible. (My Sisters stomach was eventually irritated.)They must have sat for a while because parts of them were chewy. Also, I had asked for fries with minimal seasoning and that didn't happen. I'm not sure how the chicken tasted because that was dropped off to my Sister and I haven't asked her about it. My order totaled over $30 and it was a pure waste. The customer service was decent but the food was not. When I hand over my hard earned money for food/ service, I expect to get my moneys worth. That didn't happen today. You should be held accountable for taking customers money and serving bad food!!
Now y'all know y'all are DEAD WRONG for giving me these refried, burnt tenders and salty fries ???? Honey… if I had time, I would be right back over there to get my refund! Please do better! ????????
Worste service ever. They only use the drive through and yesterday it took 22 minutes to service 4 people and then out ran of Pepsi. Been going 2x a week for over 10 years but can't anymore b/c I never know if they'll make me late to work. Sad.
Food is great. Kinda high to sum. Service gets a little confused sometimes mixing up the order but they usually have it all straight together not long after placing the order.

For some reason this location does not open the inside. They say short staffed. Which if they truly are, then I get it. But that’s been the reason since restrictions were lifted. It’s been at least a year or longer. I was in the drive through line for 25 minutes. I counted 5 employees and heard someone doing dishes so at least 6 people. With 6 employees and and with the front closed not only is it terrible customer service, but if I was the owner I would find this unacceptable. Customer service is non existent. And for whatever reason they refuse to season the fries. Like, will have none, at all. Bojangles is know for an unhealthy amount of seasoning on their fries, and to put none is wild.
Biscuits were old and hard, the chicken was under cooked
I was sick for 2 days...
I DO NOT recommend this location.
Horrible food and Horrible service.
