I waited a few extra minutes for fresh Cajun fries and it didn't disappoint, well worth the wait. Only issue I had was that my soda was only filled three quarters the way up and I asked them to fill it all the way up. They did do that for me, otherwise I'm super happy.
The cash register employee was very rude and unprofessional. I asked for fresh BO berry biscuits and they were over cooked. The floor and tables were completely filthy with food.
I don't usually write negative reviews but I need to say something. This place is terribly run. The staff was rude. The cashier barely even spoke to us when ringing us up. The food took quite a while. While my husband was waiting for our food they brought out green beans and while pouring the green beans they splashed water on my husband and other customers. The whole place was very dirty. They accidentally brought me the wrong sandwich and when we brought it back up, they rewrapped it and put it back out, the sandwich we had touched. Also, the worst iced tea I've ever had, tasted like dirt.
I went to this bojangles and there was a sign on the drive thru saying to drive to the window to order so I proceeded to the window and ordered a chicken biscuit combo with fries and a sweet tea. The employee advised they were out of normal cups, I told her that was fine I would take the smaller one, but when I sat down to eat I noticed they gave me some type of pork instead of chicken like I ordered at the window. I was also not given a discount for the drink being smaller which I was fine with until I found out they did not care to even give me the chicken I ordered. I couldn’t even give this biscuit away after seeing the meat.
I ordered an extra biscuit. When I noticed that I didn’t have my extra biscuit, I told the lady at the drive thru window. Instead of just giving me the extra biscuit. She was saying that they didn’t ring it up but that’s not my fault. Good customer service would’ve been to give me the biscuit.
Everytime my family and I have been here the biscuits fall apart when u try to pick them up , very dry and over cooked. I do not recommend this nasty place to my worst enemy. I literally got so fed up with nasty crater road that I went 15 miles to hopewell and it was 10000 times better than petersburg.. if you want bojangles, go to hopewell, it sounds crazy coming out my mouth too but trust me!! 0 out of 10 for crater road bojangles!!
Went in and ordered a 20 piece tailgate the girl working the register was cussing and rude while taking and making our order, they forgot 1 of of sides and 5 pieces of chicken. The chicken was dry and hard, Really wish this place would get it together as I love Bojangles!
Food is always very good. I just wish they served grits past 12 on Sunday. I was really craving them. I'll just get there earlier next time.
