Visited the drive thru this morning and ordered the special advertised, 2 bacon egg cheese biscuits for $4. My receipt is correct, but by the time I make it work and look at the order, I have 2 sausage biscuits! And to think I was gonna share one with a co-worker! I wouldn't have complained as much until I saw how over cooked the sausage was and the biscuit was crumbly and hard! No more breakfast for me from this Bojangles!
I had been at the hospital all night. A family member was in an accident. I left the hospital this morning tired and hungry. I placed an online order so I could just grab it and go. They tell me I have to come in to get it. I explained I wasn't able to come in and they could just cancel the order. I had blood on my clothes from the family member. The manager was unprofessional not knowing the situation just running her big mouth being rude. This is why people stop patronizing certain businessman because of the poor customer service and inexperienced management. I'm not saying I will not go to Bogangles ever again but it definitely will not be the Milledgeville location.

Clean nice food choices. There were several tables of old men meeting for breakfast and exchanging stories which made the morning more interesting.
This is hands down the best Bojangles I’ve ever experienced. The line moves quickly, the food is always hot, and everyone is SO FRIENDLY. At most fast food places, the employees are fairly ambivalent, but the ladies at the window always have a smile and friendly words. I moved from another small town recently, and the Bo there was terrible, understaffed, and painfully slow. Not this one! Kudos to the management and staff…A+
Messed up my deluxe, took it in to get it fixed and when I checked again they still didn't put everything on it. I'll just put my own tomato on it ...
I ordered four plain biscuits a six pack of the blueberry biscuits they asked me to pull forward and wait at the door I sat here while about 15 people have got their orders at the drive-thru and I'm still waiting
Did not get my cheese on biscuit and waited 4 min in parking lot
So, the girl at the window today had an attitude as I was placing my order. At the end of asking for a steak biscuit with scrambled cheese eggs on top and small sweet tea, I asked if it was a combo and she said I had not asked for one then told me to pull around so I just kept going around. With her horrible attitude, I'm no longer even interested in placing an order here today. I'm not even hungry anyways at this point smdh! I mean her huffing, puffing, and sighing all on the intercom with my order after I only inquired on it being a combo. I am so irritated that I keep contemplating on reporting this to corporate! I'm not dealing with the attitudes and my food. Oh no! It is only 8:45AM!!!! I was turned OFF completely after that! Bojangles does NOT have to worry about me anytime soon, IF EVER!
