Pretty good for bojangles. Food was quick and hot. However, the place was dirty. None and I mean NONE of the tables had been cleaned. It's not the local manager or staffs fault because they were understaffed as hell. Corporate middle and upper management need to quit understaffing these places especially during Peak parking time at a truck stop.
The chicken tenders were so big and juicy with a great tasting batter. The Mac and cheese was delicious and so was the dirty rice. Don't forget the Blueberry Bo biscuits....
First time eating Bojangles chicken tenders. First the fries were absolutely horrible. Salt sticks. Where's the potato in them BTW? The tenders are 1/4th the size of actual fake chicken meat under all that coating. Them chicken tenders are definitely over dressed for winter in the USA. All salt. You feed this mess to truckers and they wonder why there's medical issues. I surely won't be back. Maybe I'll grab a side or just fast. I let my curiosity get the best of me and I can't complain. But almost 20 dollars for the garbage I received.
The young lady working the drive thru was phenomenal and really went above and beyond! She was attentive and kind and made sure I had everything I wanted + more! Such a gem. Bojangles is my favorite fast food place and I rarely get to enjoy it as I reside in texas. The food was hot and seasoned as always! Very thankful for this location right off the freeway. Such a pleasure stopping here, truly made the drive so much better.
When the Waitstaff takes "forever" to take your orders; when it takes forever to serve the food in a totally unprofessional manner, across and around Customers; when a Tween refuses to eat his chicken saying that it is rubbery, you have a few Big Clues. It didn't get better. I'm sorry but I hope I never try to eat there again. Further, if they don't make major changes, I suspect they will not be in business through the summer.
Came a little past 5pm on Christmas eve. The people provided excellent service and food was hot. Got a family pack and the folks could tell we were road tripping it (dogs and luggage might have given it away). They even made sure we had dishes to enjoy our meal even though we forgot to ask. Thanks for the great food and service!
It's good for fast food. I like how crispy their chicken is. However, i decided to try their "baked" mac n cheese and it just looks and tastes like kraft, theres no baked top layer.
Bojangles are way better than this location. People here do the least just to get a pay check. They tried to hit with the cold chicken tenders. I turnt around and had to ask for fresh. Don't spend your money here, keep it movin.
