We are from California and just moved here. Have never tried Bojangles before but we LOVE IT. This location specifically is always friendly, fast, always receive hot fresh food and we have never had a problem. People complaining are probably sensitive lol but we love this place!!
Hands down the best Bojangles I’ve been to! Laskin Road Bojangles rocks. Excellent customer service, fresh and hot food. Maria B. at the drive thru was super friendly and fast. Odyssey was also very friendly! Everything we needed was in our bag. The Cajun chicken filet is my fav and it was cooked perfectly and still moist. The biscuits were fluffy yet brown. The fries were hot and delicious with a hint of Cajun seasoning. Love the fries!!
One of my fav places to go to in the South is Bojangles. It just doesn’t taste right in the North. lol So my hubby and I stopped here for a nice breakfast and we were so happy to be greeted and experience Southern hospitality too. The cashier and the manager were so sweet. We were so glad we stopped here and the food was delicious.
I loved Bojangles until they tried to charge me $4+ for an order of fries! Is there a potato shortage I'm unaware of? Have they started filling the bag like Five Guys? This was kot a large fry either, it was a single serving.
They could just do better. Food was so expensive and had to be recooked. Had a cashier that acted as if we were wasting her time. We were the only people who sat inside Just blehhhhhh.
The people here including the store manager are very friendly and professional. The food is also excellent. Not all locations are great but this is one of the great ones
The food and customer service in the restaurant were ok but I was double charged because their card reader froze then when they reset it and told me to try again it said declined then I tried again and it said declined. I paid in cash but when my mother used her card for her order but she didn't have any issues. When I checked my bank account right after I got back to my hotel room and it showed that I was charged once. I called my bank and the bojangles and was told the same things, I have to wait for a refund.
As a guy that likes chicken, Bojangles' is pretty delicious.
If you're a fan of sweet tea, they have a very good one but if you're a fan of SWEET tea, they have a few packs of sugar you can add.
Along with my sweet tea, I had the Cajun Chicken Biscuit and Cajun Fries along with an order of Bo'tato Rounds. The biscuit and chicken were very good, with the chicken just a tad bit dry but very flavorful. Everything potato based was great, especially the Bo'tato Rounds, which my family loved.
If you're ever in the area, definitely stop by.
