first, I went to the lobby door to order my food lobby doors are locked. No sign saying lobby is closed. no problem went to the drive-thru ordered my food fries and cinnamon twist was hard and old. I went back to the drive-thru again and got the same old fries that I got first time. Moral of the story is do not go to this Bojangles.
Ordered 3pc wing dinner (stated to window rep 3 times) and I was charged for 3pc dinner-dark. There is a price difference (never relayed subtotal). Heard cook yell out "aye, let that next car know we only have wings". *so if I asked for 3pc wing...all you had available were wings....why did I get charged for 3pc dark?
Fries were hot though!????????♀️
My son and I went here. We are in the area from San Antonio, TX. LADY THAT HELP US WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY! We have never been here before and she even brought us out a boberry to try. Thank you guys hope to be back in the future.
This location is under new management. Gone are the days where employees make guests feel unwelcome. Gone are the days of guests waiting at the speaker unacknowledged. A standard is set. During this transition period, there are still bound to be human errors, however, a light shines on the horizon. Grease is filtered and changed daily by kitchen staff who care about quality. Employees who do not conduct themselves with professionalism are held accountable. The goal is 100% guest satisfaction!
Open til 10pm? Nah, I never see them open after 5pm, no cars and doors locked. I go to Quinton instead, it's worth the drive for me to go to a nice area since this store will be closed and I don't have to deal with Nine Mile with ratchet black women yelling, cussing and beating their kids in line (Every Single Time).
I'm going to be brutally honest here. Unless a GM is on site keeping everybody professional, you can tell because they stop speaking in ebonics, the few times I've been here were a mistake with (mostly) unprofessional and unfriendly staff and long waits for service. I've seen the staff cussing, calling each other racial slurs, talking about customers that had just left, talking on their phones and having mental breakdowns over personal problems openly to anyone around with working ears and eyes. The special needs kids in high school were more professional and had more sense and undoubtedly would work harder and faster. If there are any professional, hard workers at this store they're overshadowed by the clowns.
Glad developers cleared a plot of trees to build this useless building and a useless car wash next to it though, we really needed that out here. It employs some severely mentally handicapped people so I guess it's not all bad but I won't support it with my wallet.

There were at least eight workers turning in circles. Two were sitting near the drive thru in plan view horse playing and eating. No one had on gloves. I had to go back through the drive thru because I was given the wrong chicken. Then I was asked to give the box back as they reached inside took out the wrong chicken and added the right chicken. That is so against all sanitation regulations. As the lady replaced the chicken at least 8 people were standing around the drive thru window. The restaurant has no type of order.
I thought that this location would be better since it's new and in a decent location. Been here a couple of times and reach time gets worse. How is the parking lot empty but we still have to wait for food. The customer service is rushed and getting the food is slow. This is my least favorite location. Not even sure how this location stays in business with these nasty attitudes the employees have.
Pick another location. This one is NOT open until 10pm. No signage, explanation, nothing. I've been there just after 7pm and seen cars waiting in the drive-thru but the lights in the kitchen area were off. How? And this is normal. Accuracy of your order (if you make it mid-day) is a hope.just go elsewhere. Quinton is much better. Nine Mile is ok, but slow and the customers might work your nerves before the employees.
