Waited 5 minutes to order with no line at the drive thru and no one inside, repeated my order twice, kid working the window was visibly irritated and rushing to throw the order together, got it wrong, corrected him, got it wrong again, then when I corrected again he slams the window shut and starts going through a long string of receipts from the trash can. I said, through the closed window, “you can charge me for what was missing, I just want what I ordered.” He didn’t reply and angrily went to get another sweet tea. He opened the window to hand me the tea, held out his hand for my card without speaking, threw the card out the window and slammed it again without a word. Won’t be back, what a confusing experience.
The food is always good. However, the service is horrible!! They never have enough staff. You'll be lucky if the lobby isn't closed. They told me it would be a wait on wings. I chose to wait, thinking it would only be about 5 or 10 minutes. I literally waited in my car 30 minutes for 3 wings!! Very poor management and worse customer service.
Went through drive thru. That experience was good. But was not notified that there would be a 25 min wait on the chicken before payment. That was the only thing that lost a star. Food was super hot, fresh, cooked all the way.
The Bojangles in Chester Virginia needs some serious help. The chicken is hit or miss as to if it's gonna taste right, they run out of items frequently, and the boberry biscuits are either gonna be great or stale, no in between. I keep trying to give them another chance because I like Bojangles, but every time they let me down. I can overlook that when I order grits, they don't put any butter, salt, or pepper in the bag, but this morning I arrived at 7:52 to order my breakfast only to be told that the restaurant is still not open. They were supposed to open at 7! I worked in Hopewell Virginia near a different Bojangles for many years and rarely had a bad experience, but now that I've changed jobs to Chester, Bojangles is off my list. McDonald's or Hardee's from now on and I'll have to go to waffle House when I want grits.
Their chicken and other products are good when they have it. This location for some reason is often out of chicken french fries. They completely removed their soft drink machine and I seriously doubt this location will this will stay in business for much longer. Which is sad because they have some of the better tasting chicken in my humble opinion in the area. But they are surrounded by a sea of chicken places so competition is high.
The biscuits were hard along with the cinnamon roll. The fries were stale as well. It was like everything had been sitting out for hours. The girl who took my order was very rude. No customer service skills at all. Just a bad experience, all the way round. Usually, the customer service is hit or miss but this visit was the worst.
corporate needs to intervene! It starts with management at this location & whoever is the manager that took over within the last 6 months is horrible!!!!!! Lacking integrity & Poor management skills across the board, times are hard & the staff do not care what they serve you and the loss you have to take when you buy food that’s not up to par and have to go elsewhere and spend due to your meal being soggy and cold! They had it together before the new management took over. No sense of urgency! Poor communication and attitudes, they serve cold sides literally almost every time I buy here & sometimes old stale chicken! They need a serious intervention! HELP THEM PLEASE!!!!!
Staff was excellent and the food was outstanding. I'm partial to the supremes meal but those sausages biscuits are too does for. Will always comes back! Keep up the good work!
