I brought in a metal bin for a superball redemption machine. It was bent in several areas and I needed it fixed up. I figured I would try a body shop and see if they could help me out. Although the price was a bit more than I wanted to spend, they did a FANTASTIC job. Far better results than I expected. Friendly girl at the counter was very helpful. To the other female employee that was sitting in a car out front, that I warned that I was parked behind her temporarily and not to back up, sorry I offended you with my friendly warning. The scowl on your face wasn't appreciated. I was just trying to prevent an accident if you decided to back up.
I had an amazing experience with this shop. Customer service skills are always on point, i was impressed with their professionalism. Everyone was so friendly and so helpful. Their product quality exceeded my expectations and my car was looking brand new.
took my car to go get it repainted and they did a phenomenal job. The colors matched perfectly, it looks good as new! The costumer service was great, they always kept me updated while working on my car. i definitely recommend this body shop
Not a good body shop! Took my car here after I got sideswiped estimated 9 business days ended up taking a month. When I got it back and looked at my body lines they weren't sharp edges they were rounded. When I said something about it the owner said they can try to fix it but they probably can't. Also they painted two panels on my car and they are completely different colors.
I have used Bodylines several times over the past 20 years. My entire family handles all of their auto body needs at Bodylines. They’re a small family owned shop who treats you well. The ladies in the office are a huge help with insurance and rental car arrangements. I highly recommend Bodylines!

Although I now live about 45min away, I wouldn’t trust any other body shop like I do Body Lines.

Went in for free estimate was very happy with how the representative was at first. Then I was told she needed to go on lunch and that it would be done by end of day Monday which was fine. Then Tuesday came around and I called around 930 am and she said she would send it in within 2 hours still not received. I called Wednesday and was told they would still give it to me by end of day. Nothing. Thursday today I just called around 9am and asked for my estimate. A lady named Evelyn answered and proceeded to say “Since you are not patient you can go somewhere else”. I said “3days after you telling me that you would send it each day isn’t patient enough for you”. Then proceeded to act like a child on the phone towards me ignoring me and saying snide remarks like “well do you want the estimate or not”. Like I wouldn’t be calling for an estimate if I didn’t want it for 3 days. 14,000 dollar repair job paid in full ruined by your desk lady attitude. If I wasn’t treated like a child I would’ve happily given my 14,000 dollars to you guys and let you repair my car.
Best body shop ever! Great employees and everyone feels like family. I have brought all of my vehicles there over the last 9 years, American and European. I've gone through insurance, other people's insurance, and paid out of pocket for personal repairs and every time it has been seem less. 100% best shop in San Jose!
