The burger, “Palace Classic Burger” was insanely good and I could taste the quality of the meat and toppings… super impressive. I also thought the “cook” option on the burger was extremely elevated and as someone who loves a well done burger, it was chefs kiss. The fries were freshly cut and had a good flavor.
Maybe I just shouldn’t have gotten the veggie burger at the place, but it was not good at all. Low quality veg toppings, the patty falls apart and mostly tastes like canola oil, and the nacho cheese does not pair with it well. I had to rip up the but (without the nacho sauce) and eat it like a bowl bc the patty fell apart. The fries were good, so maybe their other menu items are better..
First the positive. The fries were hot and crispy. The Diet Coke tasted like Diet Coke.
The vegetables added to the burger were old or not ripe. Lettuce turning brown. Tomato not ripe. Somewhere between green and opaque pink.
For a $12 burger I expect a lot more than that!
Veggie burger was TRASH! Fell apart with the first bite. SATURATED IN QUESO! Sticky queso…EVERYWHERE. Sweet potato fries- ???? . Took them 15 min to make my Americano. Would not recommend the food at all. 2 Black ladies with LOCS were nice and friendly that’s the one star you see. Wish I could reward the ladies with with more stars but I refuse to give Bobby burgers the glory????
The burger is exactly what you expect from a burger and nacho fusion. I love it the melted cheese with the nacho crunch with the jalapeño spiciness. The shake was absolutely amazing 4/5. Definitely a good place if you are ever in Phoenix airport it a good place for o spot by.
Probably the best airport burger I’ve had. Cooled fresh and came out hot. Fries were hot as well and that’s often rare at the airport. Chocolate shake was okay nothing exceptional. I’d definitely go here again if in this airport.
One of the best airport burgers I have had. Patty was cooked perfectly (medium) and was juicy and well seasoned. I had the crunch burger which was something most kids did by adding lays potato chips to the burger but it was nice. Overall worth the price and staff was friendly and fast. They don't allow any or even simple modifications which is expected since it's an airport. Atmosphere is tough to control since it is an airport but good experience overall.
I must say the Bacon Blue burger was awesome. Love the flavors, could have eased up on the salt though! I also had the fries with the cookies and cream shake. The fries were wayyyyy too salty! The milk shake was pretty good. I give it a 4 stars because the cooks out wayyyy too much salt on the food.
