Explain the problem, it either is fixed or he tells you where to go to get it fixed.
Prices are higher than shade tree mechanics but far less than the big box places. I say for the lack of hassle and having my car back the next day they're worth it.

So we were driving through Andalusia, AL from a 5 day trip in Destin Florida and starting experiencing some car issues and ultimately the car would not start once we pulled over and turned it off. We left early in the A.M. so it was still during business hours so we googled the closest mechanical shop, which happened to be Bobby's Auto Repair. We asked him if he was available today and he said bring it over. Well since the car wouldn't start we asked him for a recommendation on a tow company to call, which he did. Tow was quick and well priced, Once he figured out the problem he wasn't able to get some parts until the next day. He had a friend drive us to the nearest hotel and pick us up the next day. He was done with our vehicle by 11 a.m. the next day and his price was very reasonable. We made it back to Indiana without anymore problems!
I needed a new muffler on my truck made a call and Bobby took me right in and out in a jiffy. Great work and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. We will be going back and giving them our next repair job 5 stars for sure! Thank you Bobby

My 2011 Subaru Forester ended up stranded in Andalusia due to a sudden engine problem on my way hom3 to Marietta, GA and was so grateful I had my car towed here. Bobby and his crew did an amazing job fixing my car so I could get back on the road and home safely. I cannot thank everyone here enough. I highly recommend Bobby's Auto Repair.
