Called for a tow we had 7 people they came with a suv and gave us a ride they also came right away. I'm so lucky they were able to help us out. I can't thank them enough very nice people.

The guy was rude the whole time I’ve spoken to home. I asked to pay over the phone and he told me it’s not possible. Then proceeded to get an attitude with me when I asked a question.

Great service and reasonable rates! Helped my daughter with her car on a Saturday and being 7+ hours from home! Thank you again!

They helped me more than I could possibly have needed. Thankful for the Home town feel. It wasn't a fault of our own. They were just doing their job.

Bob's Towing came via Progressive Insurance on a car with a locked key inside. The person sent did not arrive in a Bob's Towing truck, wouldn't identify himself quickly (had to pry), and did damage to the car trying to unlock door.

After doing the damage I told him I'd go a different route. He told me it would cost hundreds to have it done elsewhere. Called a different local company and they had it unlocked, without damage to the interior/exterior in less then one minute. The other company cost $70.

Now I'm going through the process to try and get my money back via Progressive, having to go through a third party to try and have my vehicle fixed after the damage was done (this was a rarer car without "new" parts), and much frustration.

I was unimpressed by the attitude of the employee and was not happy with the damage that was done the vehicle. Hopefully this changes in the future, but my experience was worthy of one star.

Extremely professional, prompt and courteous service when our vehicle broke down. Our insurance called Bob's, and I'm grateful that they did!

Place is trash. :( Do not recommend.

Impressive Customer Service and extremely knowledgeable when our 2014 Honda Odyssey needed a tow due to a faulty wiring harness that blew fuses on July 10th. I would highly recommend.
