Mr. Bob is very friendly and they have great prices. The shop has been through renovation and is now much cleaner and nicer.
The workers are fast friendly and the tires are well worth the prices which aren't that high 830 to 530 working hours!!!
Amazing location, super nice staff, owner is a sweetheart! Many tire options and quick service. This has been my 3rd time purchasing for different vehicles. I've never had a problem with my tires. Safe location, decent prices and amazing service!!!
Came to bobs tire today for a tire got to the stop sign when I noticed my tire pressure was not reading the right number I pulled up to the tire shop next door for air for them to tell me that Bob gave me a bad tire. Immediately I pull up to bobs for him to take the nail out of my tire and give me a new one I’m guessing. 2 hours gone to waste nice guy horrible business won’t be returning !
Bought 4 used tires from him. If you got over 50 it would shake the car apart and pulled to left be time. Brought car back to him and would not give me another tire he just put the front tires in the back and the back tires in the front. Still shakes but does pull any more. I went to use it yesterday and the back tire is flat. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER
They are thieves. I requested them to do a car window tint within the legal Maryland and VA allowance percentage (50% and 35%). I drove my car for a year, then I needed to do MD car inspection to change my registration from VA to MD. The inspection has failed because the tint percentage was found to be illegal. It is 28% all windows!! I returned back to him to address the issue and find a solution. Although it is their mistake and they should fix it free, I was still willing to pay for half the cost to remove it and I might use them to put a right one again and I pay a discounted price. It turned out that he was renting the place to the guy who did my tint and he said the guy moved out and he is not responsible. Although that he owns the shop and the guy was doing services under his name, he denied any responsibility. I just accept my loses and the more money I have to pay to remove the tint for my car inspection and put it again. I put this review because I don’t want someone else to be scammed like I did. This old man in this shop is a lier and he won’t retain customers this way!!!!
They try to get you for more than what the tires worth check your tires because they have holes in them and then they have nails and Tax in them and then they try to sell them to you
Uses cheap weights that don't stick. Won't stand behind the work. Had 2 brand new wheels and tires mounted and balanced by him. Wheel weights were falling off within 5 miles. Took tires back up there to be rebalanced and he took them in the back, did nothing, and tried to pass it off as fixed. Didn't even bother to inspect the other weights that were falling off.
Got a new tire not even 4 days ago and it already needed to be replaced.They didn’t balance the tires like they promised or tighten the valve stem which led to me needing a new tire. I’d give them a zero if I could. DO NOT GO HERE BOB IS JUST LOOKING TO TAKE UR MONEY!
