Should’ve payed attention to the reviews of other customers saying they keep your money and never finish the tattoo (this was supposed to wrap around the entire calf) Same thing happened to me and now he’s been ignoring my messages and requests for a follow up appointment for over a month . Been to many studios in my life, this is the first to ever rob me. I’d recommend going somewhere else, no integrity and just an outright thief

My artist was awesome, this was my first tattoo and he was very friendly as were the other artists. Would recommend.
I msgd him on Facebook to inquire about a tattoo i wanted. I wanted s simple flame...a little one. He seemed to be content with doing it for me so he gave me an apt of 4:30. I showed up early and sat there almost a dam hour. NO SHOW!! NO CALL BACK!! NO MESSAGE BACK OFF FACEBOOK!! Hes been ignoring my msgs, my calls and now seems his buisiness phone "doesnt work" Some artist! He may be a good artist but theres more to being a good artist then being able to ink someones skin. It was very unprofessional of him do not keep his appointment. Very unprofessional of him to not call and make me aware of the inconvenience. Shop owners like this should not be in business. Customer relationships are key bro. .. That's how you get and keep clients. Seems like all tattoo shops around here Ops around here have people with that same attitude in attitude that don't know how to run a shop professionally. No I know why I prefer the shops in Lubbock Texas. You really need to get a lesson bro.
I went in yesterday for my first tattoo ever and was absolutely terrified at first. I didn't have an appointment. but I was the only one there when he opened, bob said "let me finish my cigarette and ill get you right in" Bob did my tattoo and walked me through the entire thing. I absolutely love my tattoo. I honestly plan on going to Bob for all of my work. He was light-handed, I hardly bled. and it only hurt in certain spots where nerves or bones were. I absolutely Love it all. Wont go anywhere else,
The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Paul had me arrive 3 hours before he was even finished his other client then took his god awful time to get me next. The owner was there and didn't even apologize. The ac wasn't working so I sat there for 3 hours in the heat after I drove 1.5 hours to leave with nO tattoo cause there was no way I was paying them with my hard earned money.
Bob is clean and very professional. My daughter got her first tattoo today, and he was very patient and informative with her. Definitely will be repeat customers. Thank you!
Don't get tattoos from a guy they call big show, gave him a picture of what I wanted he said he could do it and to trust him he doesn't need to do a sketch draft but man was I disappointed when he was done. And he new it to because he dropped the price.
