Bob is old-school but he really knows what he's doing. I had front end work on a truck at another place and they recommended Bob's for an alignment. He did the work and I left on a trip. The truck pulled to the right so I thought there might be something wrong with the adjustments. I took it back and he checked the alignment, swapped tires positions, etc. It was a bad tire. I had the tires rotated to the rear and it runs perfectly straight. His work is very reasonably priced and he's a friendly guy!
We were having a huge problem with our truck. We called several places but the prices were way out of out budget. We live in the mountains and needed a brake job. Come to find out later we also needed new rotors which came out to roughly $1k. Called several places and was told to call Bobs Precision. Called immediately and Bob answered. He said I could leave our truck there cause he was leaving on vacation the next day. We agreed. He called us the next day and he said the truck was ready!!! He wanted to finish it before he went on vacation!! Now that is customer service. Then he told us the price which blew us out of the water. Full brake job, turned our rotors and one new rotor (one could not be saved). Very very reasonable. Thanks Bob.
The owner was extremely nice and very helpful. Diagnosed all of the problems and didnt try to be pushy about anything. I highly recommend him.
Bob did a great job on my alignment and was able to do the work the same day I contacted him. Cost was half as much as the dealer wanted and I'd rather pay a guy as nice as Bob instead of some stealership.

Was passing through town when my front left tire began to rattle. Bob stopped what he was doing to take a look. Unfortunately due to my time constraints he was unable to fit it into his schedule, but recommended another place in town that might be able to help.
